Thanks so much for this video. I was able to whip up two of these (one sleeveless) in no time flat. I think this will be my go to scrap buster when I need to get rid of a skein here or there. 👏
I’m an xs but I have broad shoulders so for each arm piece I started with 5 distressed sections (like the body pieces) and decreased from 6 to 5 stitches on the 10th row, decreased from 5 to 4 stitches on the 15th row, and decreased from 4 to 3 stitches on the 35th row. I did a total of 47 rows. This way the arm pieces are fitting to my arm from shoulder to my wrist. Hope this helps!
im so happy you are also using spotlight yarn!! I have never seen anyone mention spotlight i thought it was a new zealand brand lol!! spotlight is the go to shop where i live and pretty much the only good one unless u want expensive hand dyed wools
I'm not finished yet but this is the best and easiest crochet tutorial I've ever followed. And it was so easy to adjust to my size. Thank you so much 🫶🏽
Nikita has THE. BEST. CROCHET. TUTORIALS. Whatttt… I ALWAYS understand I never get lost compared to other tutorials I watch that make me feel like giving up. Thank you so much. ❤️
I'm glad I found this, because I was starting to get bored of crocheting, but I'm back. 😂 This is amazing and easy to follow. Thank you for a wonderful tutorial!
One question, I'm on row 3 and I get to the end and I'm not sure What to do since I only have 5 DC not 6, Can somebody help?, and thank you to the person who make the video 👍🏼
I’ve started it!! I’m so excited! I skipped through the whole thing, taking notes and I’m on my third row… Thank you for sharing this pattern and instructions. New subscriber alert
May I ask how much grams you used to make the top? I'm a beginner and I'm afraid to lose yarn in the middle of the project and not be able to find another skein that has the same color!!
I loooooooooooooooove this tutorial! can you teach us how to make something like this but with the seafoam stitch? it looks so cool and all the tutorials are for knitting🥺
thank u so much for the tutorial (and reupload :D) i love ur designs so much and ur videos are always so high quality and easy to follow 🥺 cant wait to see more ♥♥ (and dont u apologise for not uploading regularly as long as u take care of urself we dont care, we appreciate anything!!!)
I'm nearly doneeee!!! can't wait, thanks so much!!! I've had some yarn I really like waiting for a project and I could not decide what to make till i found ur channel now i have a use for all the 400g balls of mill ends i got last week at spotlight, cant wait to try another tutorial of yours THANKS
I just looked at the beginning again and thought you said you would be using a lighter weight yarn due to warmer weather and a 5mm hook for the one in white?
Want to make this for my grand daughter while i'm away but there's no info as to how much yarn you used. That one ball you showed was 50 grams, can you say how many you used for yours. My grand daughter is about your size too. Thank you EDITED TO SAY I MADE ONE AND FINISHED IT. WISH I HAD USED A SMALLER HOOK SO IT WOULDN'T BE TOO FLIMSY BUT IT'S SO PRETTY. i USED CABO IN A SALMON COLOR. THANK YOU IT WAS EASIER THEN I HAD EXPECTED.
NICE!! I'm gonna try and make an outfit for myself using this tutorial to go see Beyonce :P (btw the stitch u used for the sleeves is called a whip stitch it's one of my fav stitches)
Wow. Are you using a #4 weight yarn? Was thinking of a #3 light yarn 86% acrylic, 14% nylon.I live in Arizona and it’s hot! Was looking at another video on a top a bit similar, but language is foreign, and even the stitches are 😢 called something else. I am in the USA and older but got to say this is fantastic!! I plan on making the arms shorter for a short sleeve top and down to my waist for the top length!! I have subscribed….this skinny older women is back to make my first top!!
Hello . I follow you with pleasure, but I can't do it because I don't understand your language. Can you open the Turkish translation for me? Greetings from Turkey.
Hi! This is such a great tutorial! Do you have the dimensions of the finished piece sowed together? I want to make sure I’m getting my numbers right before I start.
I love this pattern, but has anyone done any increases or decreases?? Have yall had any problems?? I feel like im just missing something. Ill take any advice please??
This is a well made tutorial, easy to follow with a super cute pattern! I am going to try this, but will try to slip stitch the distressed area closures of the pieces to not have the problem with the yarn running out as you sew up the side seams. Either that, or I'll complete body and sleeves in the round, then stitch or slip stitch together. Thank you so much for sharing your creativity!
Very cute and just what I’ve been looking for! This is not going to help with my yarn stash though, I’ve got a cupboard full but none of it is cotton so I guess I’ll just have to buy some, oh well never mind 😄

beautiful top!! would love to know how to use this sitch pattern to make a matching pair of pants??
I really love this top and would like to make one for my daughter but it's really hard for me since I'm new to crochet. If I could figure out a way to hold the long strands in place it seems like it would be easier.
