2. 4 mm crochet hook

Hello and Thank you! I am older women in USA and am making this…question What was the Reduction row you were going to do at the bottom when you were measuring the length from waist to armpit…you said was a reduction row. Was that decreasing the 8 chains to 7 chains at the bottom to bring it down the 1/2” or 1”? It looked so cute with the way it laid…thanks I just got re-interested in Crocheting again…in my 60’s.

I worked from waist up but only used the burst measurements

She started at the waist and worked up to the bust. Then divided front and back.

Hello from USA? Love this top, but am an older women trying to hide the flabby arms, how could I make this with some sleeves,in the same pattern or similar as the top to come down over the shoulder and where would I begin to do this what row? Any help ? I am skinny 35 1/2 bust, 15” shoulder…I measure almost same as you. Ideas?

Ive just done this but was running out of yarn so changed it alittle. Did the front part then attached straps to it and left the back open sorta. No to make it it properly as i love my practice run

Hello again Big Question love your pattern…I am in USA using a white medium weight like you did, but are the 4mm hook size the same in USA as where you are…think another country? Anyone can answer who has made this…want to also do another of your pattern ,but am unsure of same Mm hook sizes as some countries differ…thanks

I'm sorry but I'm not really in a position to answer that question. But you can actually use any size of hook that your yarn recommends provided you put your measurements to consideration when working

4mm is the same world wide. A 4mm is a G or 6.
