Round 1 : chain 2, make 12 dc in the loop. Slip sts
Round 2 : chain 2, 2 dc in every sts. Slip sts (24 sts)
Round 3 : chain 2, * 5 dc, 2 dc in next sts * , repeat * to* 4x. Slip sts (28 sts)
Round 4 -5 : chain 2, 28 dc. Slip sts
Round 6 : chain 1, 28 hdc. Slip sts
Chain 1, cut yarn and weave in end

Make magic loop / ring
Round 1 : chain 2, make 12 hdc in the loop. Slip sts
Cut yarn a little longer to sew to beanie
Sew ears at round 2 of the beanie.
