So adorable !! Thank you so much for your tutorial. Going to make a sheep blanket. I also want to thank you for the barn yard and cat patterns . My sister in-law ask me to make her a cat and I love the cat applique that you did. Take care
thank you. I am quite new to crotchet, but I will try this.. your instructions are very clear and easy to understand.. I will put my sheep on a hat for my granddaughter as she loves sheep
Hello Sheila, I'm glad that you're making the sheep, and that you are finding the instructions easy to understand, it's my first time attempting teaching like this. Most of the patterns are a little more advanced so if you have any issues feel free to ask me for help. I hope that your granddaughter likes the hat. Kerri
Thank you JoAnn, I'm glad that you're enjoying the videos. When I was looking for patterns like these I had problems finding them so started doing designs and thought it would be a shame not to share them. Kerri.
Happy, happy dance! 👯👯👯 I've been looking for a sheep pattern to do for a church nativity service for the local play school. I found this one on Ravelry this morning, and have made the head, ears, eyes, mouth and fluffy fringe. I've also been to your website, there's a french bulldog I like, and a ride on mower, and a lion, and a tiger ~ I shall be back on Ravelry when I've done them. I've just started the body (literally the chain and first row). Then, confusion. "Slip st into side back ..." is this the foundation row for the increase row that follows? And then the pair get repeated? I've done something similar when making flowers, but just want a little reassurance before starting on the rest of the 27 sheep I have to do ...
Yes, it is like the foundation row to work the next row into. You work the foundation rows on the wrong side and the next row on the right side. It makes the sheep look like it has more wool on it.
Many thanks for msg reply 😁🐏😁🐏😁🐏Now I know how long the whole sheep takes me, I've made a small adjustment. (1) used dk "fluffy" yarn and larger hook, (2) just do "face", (3) add loop at top of head to hang face as ornament on christmas tree! 5 done, 22 till to go ...
Kerri, I want to make this, but not sure about your yarn size? Is it cotton thread, or cotton yarn? I have “Sugar and Cream” cotton Yarn! Will that work? ❤️ Thank you, can’t wait to make this!
Kerri's Crochet , thank you for your video! ❤️ I dug into my yarn stash, found perfect baby yarn from Turkey I bought “Ice” so, taking your idea here, and created a 3D cover for my automatic-rewind tape measure! Wish I could share it with you. It’s too cute! Again, thank you for your reply!🤗
@@KerrisCrochet Thank you. Goats are impossible to find. They must be difficult to make even for crochet geniuses like you. I, alas, can only follow a pattern, not create one.
@@KerrisCrochet thankyou, i have learnt how to crochet from you as noone would teach me, I have a club hand but still make lots, you make it so easy for me.
