Thank you for sharing. My great niece just announced another pregnancy. I always make blankets for new family members and try to make each one different. I’m a very awkward and ham-fisted crocheter so that circular start will be a huge challenge, but my yarn pack is on its way so that’s a sort of act of faith for me. Of course I will need to finish Colour Theory first. 🤣🤣🤣

Thank you Anja, it is beautiful. I have a friend who has two grand babies one is just a week old and the other is due in August! I have never made a 24 point blanket and am nervous to do it. I did get a little confused after round 11!! I have a couple of other things to make and then get on with this one!!

how many inches across from point to point when finished? my 12 point I made 72 inches across, pretty big.

Just under 50 inches but you can of course make it as small or as big as you want

This is beautiful! I have made numerous 12 point star afghans. I can't wait to start on this 24 point afghan. First though, I have a baby blanket to finish and I have a afghan to make for my granddaughter who will graduate from high school in 2026. Want to get it done early so there is no rush as it gets closer.
