You're the first channel that i understand everything! I was able to finish my first project with your tutorial! Thank you so much, and I hope you'll do lots more 💖
Hii💞 sorry about the late reply. And yes, With the cups you're gonna do the same as for L in the video Then for XL you go for 1 more row, and 2 more rows for Xxl For the bottom Xl you go for the same as L then work 1 extra row after row 14B. And then, 1 extra row after row 28B. For xxl you started with 24 chains then do the same as L in the video, then work 2 extra row after row 14B. And then, 2 extra row after row 28B.
I love your videos I have never been able to make a cute top until now lol and your tutorials are always so easy to follow I’m not a beginner but I’m not a pro either I made two balaclavas and one with bunny ears from one of you tutorials… whenever you can, can you crochet a balaclava with your whole face out I’d really appreciate that🫀
Thanks for having different sizes but did I miss something with the straps you didn’t explain how to end them and did you slip stitch back down the chains ?
Hi, I love this bikini it’s so cute! I only have a question because I have a small waist and a bigger cup size. So it looks weird if I size up. Is there a way to make the triangle more wide at the bottom instead of longer in height?
@@onthespectrum1 hii💞 yes you can definitely make the triangle wider by increasing more sts on each row. So in the video I increase one st on each end of the row, you can increase 2 on each end🧶
With the way my breasts are shaped, I added more rows for coverage. I would normally be a large (27 st) but to cover the sides of my boobs just right I did two more rows for 33 sts 😊 Just a side note. Also I used a 3.5 mm hook with a category 4 yarn so that may have a lot to do with the adjustments as well.
Hi I've just started this after finishing the gloves and skirt! Is there a way to make it so theres less gaps between stitches? i used category 4 yarn and the same hooks as you but the stitches arent thick like yours
@@marycampbell3022 is it smaller or bigger than you? I grade sizes using standard international measurements, so maybe it's abit different for different places 😢
I just finished one cup and it's so easy🤩 I thought it was difficult but noo! (Update in a few minutes) I just finished the second cup 🤩! Guyss trust the process 🤌❗
This looks easier than the others but I’m thinking I’m turning my work wrong or something because I keep making a circle (at least it doesn’t look like a triangle, about round 3) and I can’t figure out what I’m doing incorrectly
Hi! I'm trying to make the bottoms an having a hard time sizing up. It just doesn't look right when i try ro make an xl or xxl. Is there any way tou could help me??
Hi, if the yarn size/weight isn't written on the label, you can use WPI method. To find out how to use WPI, follow this link: www.craftyarncouncil.com/standards/how-measure-wraps-inch-wpi Nevertheless, I can guess that Dk yarn (recommended in the video) is about 2mm💞
Girl I just finished making this in a size small and it looks like a micro bikini on me🤣. Could you pls tell me how many inches tall and wide the front part of the bikini bottoms should be?
The comment above is right! But still you can follow the exact same techniques in the video, you just have to come up with your own number of rows and stitches 😉
Yes you can use that 💗 In fact, any yarn would work. Just keep in mind that your piece would turn out smaller or larger than the pattern bc of different materials. In this case, 4 weight yarn is thicker, so i think you can either go down a size or use smaller hook may be 3.0mm 🤔
I was concerned about the size of the holes in the fabric with the original yarn and hook combo, so I used a weight 4 yarn with a 3.25mm hook =) worked great. It took way longer to complete, but now I won't be worrying that people might see through the bikini
Sr but I got stuck with the bottom!! Row 1 (size L) is 22 then in row 2 we skip 1st and 3rd and another in nearly the last, it means we skip 3 st, so it must be 19 why 20 😢 I counted and tried 5 times it was also 19 😭
Hii, we only skip the first stitch because it's already have the chain 2 on it (which is counted as 1st) so we don't work another st in there (that would be increasing 1 st). And you are right with the rest, so we skip 2sts, one is the 3rd and 1 near the end ✨🧶
Hello! i used dk light yarn and did the size L and it’s still super small, it’s doesn’t cover half of my breast and I am an M size, I don’t know what I am doing wrong, help :///
Yess of course! Although it would be best if you choose the right material 😉 here a good article about yarn for swimsuit www.thecreativefolk.com/best-yarn-for-crochet-swimwear/
