R2, ch2 do 3 wrap arounds, pull through a ch 1 R3 scch1 and 3 half wrap around dounle crochets, in next space do 4 half double crochetbwrap arounds(5 loops before pull theough), then ch 2 to go to next space. To do border begin wuth sc, ch1. Do 2 dc in first space with sc+ch 1, then do 3dc, 3hdc, 3 dc, 3dc+ch2+3dc. //finish with a sl in 1st stitch. Ch 2 turn your work so wrong side is facing then do 2 hdc into that same stutch space, ch1, do 3 hdc in next space and do previous row just with hdc//end by sl into 1st stitch Personal notes cause im watching a show while making this :]
I am crocheting this almost done, special request by someone I meet , I left off the last row of Black Yarn, my square was 14 centimeters with that row, so I frogged it and it was 12 centimeters afterI took that row off. I even tried to used a smaller hook and it was still 14cm. anywho , it is cute. I made one of your sun hats with 5 granny squares it was way to big on me , and was going to tyr to make it with just 4 granny's. any suggestions ? Thank you Bruna, I Love your channel. Marla

Her starting circle of 15 is a lot. Most hats only have 12 stitches. See if you can frog your project and only do 12 as you’re starting circle. Or you can drop down one or two hook sizes.
