I use a dish towel instead of paper towels to catch the water from the lid. Thank you for showing this. I love making this but I have to wait for cool weather to do it. Now i can make it any time. I love your channel. 💕

Oh that looks fantastic. I might even try a chicken version for a pot pie flavor. I can’t have pie crust because of my IBS, but I can have a mashed potato “crust”. Now I’m salivating! Time to go cook. Thank you, Catherine!

This looks delicious. I never had it with cheese on top. And the Sheppard's pie was always made by the man of the house. Ours was put in a 15x17x3in pan cuz it was 3-4 people here and with 2 men with appetites and then taking it to work we needed a big pan. We had it half corn and half green beans. It was delicious and maybe lasted a week. This is just up my alley,, simple and DELICIOUS 😋. Thank you Catherine for another delicious recipe 💗

This looks great, cheese please! This one came just in time, leaving for Orlando here in Florida to see my Son and family. My granddaughters love Shepherd's Pie. I've never tried it in the Crockpot, but we use the crockpot a lot for when we go out boating. Anyway I'll be off the grid for a while. Take care! Yes extremely safe, eat outdoors, and only 5 of us, a small pod. Test, air purifiers, had our shots. All the boxes have to be checked before they send for me. May we all stay safe!! Thank you much!!
