Hello I tried this recipe my croissant were not flakey they were just like bread also while baking it became flat. Please let me know what can be the mistake and how can I improve that. Thank you.
Walaikumassalam..I think u used active dry yeast.. active dry yeast needs to be activated prior to use .. U have to add that active dry yeast in that liquid ingredients mixture and keep it for 10 mins..thn you can add that in the flour
