Was There on July 13, 1985 .... LIve Aid in Philadelphia at the old JFK STADIUM !! went down Friday Night , July 12 and got in GA line. My little sister gave me the ticket for my 1985 HS Graduation. Still have ticket , it my favorite. It RED, WHITE AND BLUE QND HAS A FOIL LOOK ON THE RED AND BLUE, ALSO HAVE THE PROGRAM... WAS ESPECIALLY THERE FOR LED ZEPPELIN REUNION !! When games opened up at 6:30-7am, it was a mad rush to get best spot, got us 10 yards from dead center mic...... It was so HOT, HAZY AND HUMID !!! AWESOME INCREDIBLE DAY IN MUSIC HISTORY ... JUST ZEPPELIN WAS WORTH IT !! LOOK AT THE LINEUP, C, S AND N , NEIL YOUNG BY HIMSELF, THEN C, S, N, AND Y REUNION, FIRST TIME SINCE EARLY 70'S WAS INCREDIBLE, STONES COULD HAVE BEEN THERE, BUT MICK AND KEITH WERE FIGHTING MOST OF 83 -90... AWESOME DAY, NO WATER, FOOD OR NOYHING, JUST THAT INCREDIBLE DAY OF MUSICAL TALENT !! ROCK ON, PEACE TOM 🍀✌ NOT SHOUTING, CAN'T SEE, PEACE ✌ ☮ 🕊 🏳

When I heard this song at Live Aid for a moment I truly believed that we could change the world.

Look at us. It was hot & crowded & peaceful. I went to so many concerts when I was young. They were so fun.

A lot of the major '70s acts and reunions at the U.S. concert didn't pay off, but CSN were quite good. PS: even today, Graham Nash hasn't fully shaken off his Salford accent. 😉

When the movie came out my friends wife picked myself and 3 friends out of the audience around the 2:03 mark. The event started for us 10PM night before and ended at a NJ rest stop 1:00 AM after show- what a memory

I think they could have made Crosby more prominent. They barely filmed him.

The first time I heard this song was when Hanson did a cover of it on their 'Underneath Acoustic Live' concert in 2003, at the Chicago House Of Blues. And I have loved this song ever since! I am not sure why they are in such disharmony.This is horrible. Probably couldn't hear each other . And Nash just bangs on his guitar like a 6 year-old. This is just my opinion after listening to it only once. What drugs was Crosby using that day and/or at that place in his life? I have no opinion about Stills' performance here. But the larger point is that it really doesn't matter. Their fans are just content to see them and to breathe the same air as CS&N.

In my opinion it would have been better if they played southern cross
