My drifter- added pictinny rail that slides on the barrel without removing plastic breech ... Put on the silencer many times with lots of twisting so I'm sure that misaligned there transfer bushing ....took it all off put it all back together like you told me to it's still leaks..... If I had a upgraded to a steel breach the 1st time and then added the optics I probably wouldn't have damage my transport bushing.... I looked at it I can't see anything wrong but it still leaks....
Oh dang....but I think I know what's happening...if you shoved that rail on from the front...its a little bit too tall and needs to be shaved down because I think it forced the plastic breech up and caused the air leak. Take a sturdy zip tie and cinch it around the front of the breech over where the tf port is located and see if it closed the airleak...that's the only thing I can think of....good luck!!
@@gwhitfield4239 It was leaking after I removed the 3D printed rail... A coated the bottom of the breach with the gorilla glue and put the roll pin all the way back through where it belongs... all the leaks are gone now... 6 pumps it sounds like a cannon and shoots quarter " groups again. I also added 3 zip ties. I'm really surprised that gorilla glue could work....shot bout 40 rounds.
@@gliderarts3573 hey....whatever works!! I've used superglue and it worked fine for sealing the breech but it was a pain to clean off when I eventually replaced the stock breech with a metal one...
@@gliderarts3573 ..update.. The glue only lasted for 8 hours and then it started leaking again Can't be fixed try 3 more times with super glue still links real bad no across the at all.
Mine was like that, too. I ended up gluing strips of rubber on the grip where the stock would fit on with less wobble. I think the only way to completely eliminate the wobble is to put a screw on each side, I just didn't want to drill on the stock.👍
My drifter just now leaks thru trigger n breech......u can feel air when fired.....stock breech...buck rail 2240 silencer.......pumped it 16 times weeks ago but no silencer .just now leaking...still pumps....but accuracy is gone....
Hmmmm that's strange..I wish I could see it...sometimes if the transfer port seal is nicked or anything it can split and the port can get cross ported and send blow by out from under the breech if its not cinched down properly...or else it blew the outer pump seal...those stock seals are not very good. I recommend getting a good seal replacement kit with the better seals...make sure you always seat the tf port into the gasket and lower the barrell onto it and keep it flush and dont move it when you feel it snap into place and get the tiny breech screw snug...then snug the rear sight screw then tighten the breech tiny one down all the way then finish tightening the rear screw. Be sure to snug the barrell into the metal breech with the grub screw to hold it in place and then you will be able to set the breech on top of the pump tube and everything mesh up....hope you get it figured out!
I can do that....itll be the same for the 1322 and 1377 only difference is the size of the bolt probe...I'll try to get that for you later on today or tomorrow!!
I replaced the stock plastic breech with the steel breech...it has a dovetail rail. You can keep the plastic breech on yours and get a slide on scope mount from buckrail.com. for around 12.00..good luck and happy shooting!!
