Vanessa this video was really outstanding! Without question you are the most adventurous person I’ve ever known on RU-vid. I love the variety you you always bring to us, and I always seem to learn something new with every movie you share with us. A few weeks ago I did a 2 nighter on my bike 🚴 which was mostly off road like yourself. It’s amazing what you can see...2 black bears, several deer, 4 moose. And yes, I took a spill on the bike too! Thanks for sharing all your hard work.. it’s truly appreciated!!! 👍🙏❤️
You seem extremely intelligent with absolute elegance. Very enjoyable to listen to your commentaries on nature and life. Thank You for this view of your own nature
Your advertising is fine. You always give honest product reviews and comments on gear that you really use, not just things that you get money to promote.Your advertising pays you for your work. Thanks for great videos👍
I am so glad you didn’t get effected by the flooding. When I saw the news my first thought was for Vanessa. Very sad for Western Germany but Bavaria lucked out. Praying that everything works out.
This bike ride was very fun to watch and looks like a lot of fun! I'm happy to see the flood did not effect you and feel bad for those who were. Much love from the USA, Vanessa!
I love that this could have been a bad trip for anyone, but Vanessa keeps such a good outlook. Between the falling, flooding, lack of good spots, dropping the food, and the night construction...she still kept a positive attitude. I love her!
You know something my dear, when I was your age, I felt the same way, but now at age 65, and having spent 50+ years in the saddle and covered what feels like a half a million miles later, I no longer want to sweat or feel the burn on a long bike ride, and built an e-bike to enjoy the ride pain free. I don't feel the least bit quilts, either. Cheers!
@@Pussilover56 I also have a acoustic bike. But sometimes it's easier to get out the door with the ebike when motivation is low. Nice to meet you Yuriy☮ Bikes are good medicine!
As a child I watched a show called Fred Penners place. I felt like my friend was waiting for me to come home and go on adventures with him, it really warmed the soul. As an adult, these videos bring me feelings joy and comfort. Thank you Vannessa.
I should add that your advertising is fine with me. That is one way for me to learn about new products. E-bikes are becoming available here (I live in Phoenix, Arizona, USA) so watching you E-bike is helpful. Thanks, Vanessa!
good job girl.as people get older they make a bucket list, now i'm older an have 2 things,i say to do everything while your young an enjoy life for today, tomorrow you might not be able to
Great trip, great views of trail and river. If you can extend the rear fender so it's longer it will block most of the mud from hitting the trailer . Have a great day
Outstanding job im American did early retirement and moved to the Philippines in 2019...im 67 and ebike full time...the thing i like most is that i don't have a schedule anymore if i like a place i stay if not just move on. Keep up the great work i look forward to your next adventure.
Vanessa thank you for the votes of your outdoors I'm in to going out in the woods and camping for weeks at a time i just love being way back up in the woods like that and can enjoy myself out in the woods
You are super technological, you have a lot and excellent equipment. I liked the video very much, the forest is very beautiful you are always very professional and talented. Hello I wish you a good Sunday.👍👋
I have ebike and used it to commute to work for many years in city . It was great. The power of ebike is like having 4 or 5 other very strong people peddling for ( or with you) . A lot of energy packed into the lithium battery pack. We are worth like 100 or 200 watts of peddling . The bike motor is putting out 1000 or more watts.
@@barrybogart5436 Yeah they say that and put those 250 watt stickers on there but if you put a meter on it you will most likely see the motor consuming a lot more than 250 watts.
i have bought several products i would never known about from watching you. it has made my outdoor experience so much better. Can't wait to get the English edition of your book.
One thing to keep in mind Vanessa is to take some good camouflage net with your e bike and obviously turn it on it's side. so as low to the ground as it can be, In the UK e bikes with large tyres and even e scooters draw alot of attention which may bring people to your camp rather than not. As you already know, on your own, not being seen is the first best part for your own safety even if you have a big dog. Big lumps of expensive equipment not very well hidden may give you an unwanted problem, as others may look at it even say locked to a tree as a good easy gift to try and get should they wish to take it from a remote forest surroundings stumble on by chance. Stay safe. Arthur (UK)
Vanessa, Thank You for sharing your deep knowledge on Bushcraft. You’re tips on spending the night outdoors are very much appreciated.💜💜💜 Have fun : ) Jesse 🌹
Vanessa I loved how you made this so intimate that I felt like I was there with you. Please make more of these in the future. I love hearing your voice and seeing your face as much as the adventures. Please take care cutie and blessings to you and family! ❤️😊
Great adventure Vanessa. The bike and trailer sure make things a lot easier. Great sandwich too! The piece of driftwood will look awesome lit up in your living room. Hi to the boys from Alaska.
Enjoyed your video Vanessa nice bike and trailer you have and nice to see you back out in the forest. Also I enjoy when you talk to us and explain or teach us something. Have a great week. 😉👍👍
Thanks for the bike tour, nice that your country allows such activity it seems basically anywhere the river is beautiful, Love your bike how awesome it is. and the hamlet is awesome love it.
Hi Vanessa, that is some bicycle you have there ,good way to travel through the forest. Hope to see you again riding around for another adventure......take care now,and stay safe!
Wild Woman Vanessa👍👍 A nice set up you have for the bike camping adventures, you can go farther and stay longer. It's always good to see a totally honest review or use of a product you're showing in the video. This was a great video, thanks for the hard work. See you next time. Enjoy!
I have no problem at all with you having adverts for products that you use, especially when you show the product being used. I was very intersted in the electric bike as its something I am looking to get later in the year. All the best from a very hot England :-)
Vanessa . . . I watch all of your great videos and this one is the best one so far. Nice to incorporate the eBike into your trip. I have one and love it. Because of you, I am now considering getting a hammock too. Keep the good stuff coming, stay healthy, and God bless you - David
Great job. I did the same things on a fat tire ebike, but not a trailer, I used a back rack with 2 rear paniers and sleeping bag on a front rack, you can just about fit it all on, it is easier than a trailer. The great thing about camping on the ebike is you can sweat when you WANT to and take it easy when you NEED to
Throughly enjoyed the trip with you Vanessa. Nice bike and gear you acquired and I like them. So glad the flooding wasn't too bad in your part of Germany and you got to explore what you wanted to go to. Stay safe and beautiful. Warm hugs to you and the family and dogs. 🤗🏞💚🍻
I really liked this video… it’s almost 1 hour long and it was very entertaining. It’s pleasure to spend time with you on your adventures. I’ve said this several times before, your genuineness is so refreshing and enjoyable.
Thats a good setup and lots of features to it. Great video of your day trail riding. You aways do a great job of explaining what you used and don't mind the advertising. Just love seeing you happy and smiling 😃. Have a great weekend Vanessa 🌹
I really enjoyed your journey into the forest - That bike setup you have seems to let you do a lot of exploring in a shorter time and the trailer holds your gear which is nice - I hope you make more videos like this one as it seems to be a lot of fun.. Have a great week.
Well done for not giving up cycling with sixty ltr pack may be easier than the trailer on forest paths and you can get away quicker if there are problems hope the puppy is doing well and can learn to ride in the trailer
i love your gears and the bike wow you totally tested the quality of it.. . more adventure i love the beautiful nature wonderful earth we had..take care vanessa...
I was hoping you were going to tell us about your bike. I had laugh because just as I was looking up electric bikes on the internet you began to talk about it. 😊 so glad you did. It gave me a lot of information. Thank you 👍
Hello Vanessa seeing that the forest owners 😀 are using the wooden boxes to protect the young trees we use metal fencing to protect the young trees from the 🦌. Very much enjoying the ride through the forest with you take care.
It’s your channel, you can say what you want about the equipment you use. You are always honest, and I appreciate your information It looks like you covered a lot of countryside on this trip. ❤️
Great video. You are so entertaining and very interesting. I really enjoy your product reviews you do them in such an interesting way. I really enjoy your videos. ❤️🙏✝️
Hi Vanessa 🖐, it's pleasing to get the true quality of your equipment and products you use as you honestly rate them....sponsored or not. I would hope highly competitive companies will notice this as it can be beneficial for you both, & also represent products made in your country to support the economy as we all in the country we live in. I applaud you for another great expenditure and posting 👏👏! As we await your next video☺👍
I really loved this video. please keep making more, I have watched almost all your videos in two months. really informative and relaxing and entertaining, From Craig in Cape Town SA
Great video! On a bike this time. : ) Your knowledge about herbs and plants are outstanding and always interesting. Great review of the equipment. I belive everybody watching want to know about them. Thank You for sharing , and all Your work!
I love your bike setup; the trails in the part of Florida where I live is mostly flat, so that bike setup would be cool for a lazy 65 yr old avid outdoors person. I hike and camp a lot, but the load seems to be getting heavier and heavier.
Looks like the e-bike can do some decent speed on a flat paved road. I was amazed at how you negotiated narrow trails too. I liked being part of the bike tour. Thanks for a cool video!
I liked this video, good report on the E bike. It looks like a very well made bike and a report while it is being used is interesting and helpful. I also like driftwood and have many pieces collected over years. Interested in how your trailer attached to the bike , good pictures of this. This did look like a good adventure (except for background noise) hope you can find a place where you can enjoy the forest sounds.👍😄🎩
Nice video. Here in Wisconsin when we cut hayfields/meadows owls flock to them fresh cuttings during the night. I figure they get easy hunting from the reduced cover for awhile until it grows back.
Vanessa glad you told us about your electric bike, I only live 4 miles from town, so it would be great for me. Hope you don't hurt yourself in the spill. Another great video. ❤ from Texas pretty Lady.
Great video. Interesting bike and trailer. I had to laugh to myself when you dropped your steak. Great forest seasoning added. The mosquito s like you I think because you taste good. So much fun.
We have 11,000 miles of trails in Michigan. Some are for snowmobiles and ATVs. Most are mixed use for hiking, biking, and horses. I ride the Rails to Trails paths that are reclaimed from abandoned railroads (RR). They are paved within towns, and sometimes in between towns. Others are hard packed dirt with fine stone covering. A nice thing about old RR beds is that they are pretty flat. Only one place that I know of is more than a 3% grade. Also, small towns average about 5 miles apart. There, we find ice cream, hamburgs & beer & fries, ice cream, coffee, and ice cream. Usually, we do day trips, sometimes we camp out. I often use my bike trailer oo. Courtesy of Half Vast Flying.
Great video and presentation of different products offerings, don't know what's out there until someone presents in a useful way. Couple notes, heavy tires are more difficult to stay upright at slow speeds so momentum is critical. As well, this setup although did well off road, is more geared towards somewhat smooth or paved areas as there was lack of shock absorption on both the bike and trailer unlike a mountain bike. Still great non the less, thanks for sharing...Happy Trails, Cheers!
Hope u didn't get hurt falling..but I guess not..thanks.I too have an electric bike..at 76 I love it..a little risky in certain paths true. Take care vanessa.I've don't a lot of biking in my time.gr8 exercise
Hi Vanessa, I found this video absolutely brilliant, and to be with you on your first e-bike adventure, into the unknown, was an amazing experience, and you look amazing too! and a great helmet. I really enjoyed you describing the brilliant Himiway, and the other gear, as It's always interesting to learn the details. It was so nice to see that you had a really good sleep after quite a gruelling day! Thank you for this wonderful and unforgettable adventure.🌹💗🌹🚲
I always try and buy Australian products first, if I see a German product I have to agree it is always well made, I really liked your new bike, thanks for taking us along on your adventures.
You need to come visit Barvaria in Helen Georgia.. Great Camping , hiking, fishing and The Southern Highlands of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Nice video 😊
Enjoyed the biker chick adventure. I love the way you say 'Wild Woman BUSHcraft' If I want to come with you..??? duh.. Didn't quit get the anti-depressant flower name :-( You were like every where from narrow paths, open fields, dirt roads, road paths and paved roads. Appeared to be a nice long ride. Nice looking fishing stream. Love watching and listening to you Vanessa thanks for my Vanessa fix today :-) ♥️
I looked at the bike on the internet, and looking at the size of the hub motor on your video, I think the motor is 750W not 250W, it is good value, 48v 17.5 Ah battery. You can fit all your camping equipment on the back rack with 2 paniers, it will take the weight and you can go further than pulling a trailer. Your trailer is good for roads. On the Himiway website they sell a strong for the front, I would buy that if I had this bike
Hello Vanessa. That was a really great video. You certainly now how to take a bite out of life. I totally agree with you about the importance of a good helmet. Something I have on mine is a crash sensor that will instantly notify a contact in case of an accident and give the exact location. It also tracks my trip and gives great statistics such as elevation, max speed, riding time etc. Technology, you gotta love it.🙂
