Wonderful piece and thanks so much for posting this!! I just bought my first preprinted cross stitch and I worried about the pattern after I completed it. I NEARLY started over on a brand new clean fabric until I found out I could wash the ink off!! I'm so happy now!!
Such a beautiful piece. You did a wonderful job on this. Thank you for showing us your progress throughout. Will you be framing this and hanging it on your wall?
Im so nervous as ive got two that i bought like this currently stitching my kingfisher do you use luke warm water and washing up fairy liquid or maybe bold two in one also does any one no if you have a hand wash setting on your machine would it be saver to do it that way or by hand x
Thanks a lot for this video, I just started my 1st Chinese stamped cross stitch and was quite anxious about the washing & ironing, but seeing you do so makes it seems quite doable. And congrats for your wonderful stitching job, the tiger seems alive, and what wonderful colours and backstitch. What count is it, 18?
I had no idea that you could wash the printed ink out. Thank you so much for sharing this. This piece turned out stunningly. Was this an 11CT or 14CT canvas?
Powder detergent is not advisable to wash the printed/stamped cross stitch? I just finished mine.. I made it for almost 10months because of the size(110x60cm)..
I'm not sure and don't know that can use powder detergent. (I never try it) I use dish washing liquid. But I heard it can use only warm water and soak. I think dish washing liquid is fast way to remove ink and wash canvas from dirty.
I have my unfinished project and i want to continue. But my problem is, the stitches doesn't match the new one, since it was stock way back. Is it fine to wash it first or i'll just finish the stitching and later on wash it. Pls need your advice
I'm not sure understand meaning "it was stock way back". But I think do all finish and then wash it. If you stitch by start /, you always do / first. Sorry if I can't help you.
your work is amazing. but let me ask you something: i saw in some videos that the back stiches should be done after you wash the canvas. what do you recomend? that piece is so beautiful that i bought the same one thanks for your videos
@@JulalakC thank you so much. i've seen cross stichers saying you absolutely can't do the back stich before wash the canvas because it'll get loose. yours didn't so i thought it would have been for some technique of your cross stich. you' explained very well. thanks again. it all depends on how you do the washing. gently as you did, i don't think it will get loose. thanks again
Hi. 🤔I think No, you don't have to wash it, if canvas is count cross stitch or It’s not dirty. I washed canvas because I want to remove ink pre-printed on canvas.
