Made the mistake of starting this project for a client right in the middle of deer season! Anyway I’m about a week away from finishing it up and can’t wait to show it to you all once it’s done. This style smoker is something I’ve never built before but it’s what needed to be done to give them the most cooking space on the back of their food trailer with the porch.
