Crossing Currumbin Bar on 0.85m tide 

Crossing the Currumbin bar on 20/05/2017. Rising tide, 0.85m with 1.1m swells in front of me. Pretty calm conditions, no wind, easy launch. The channel was not too deep and of course, the surfers are always there, so pay attention.
It was much messier on the way back, 1.4m swells, shallow water, I came in safe and confident but it's still not my favorite bar.
