I sold it to a buddy. Its going in his 69 GTX. I still have a handful of them

Awesome that it’s so clean inside. The 440 and 426 four speed cars came with the eighteen spline input shaft. 383/400 and LA (318/340/360) cars came with the twenty three spline input shaft. No VIN on the pad may mean a warranty transmission or a replacement casting.

Bad to the bone transmission!! I have a couple A body ones laying around!! Brewers Performance is the go to company for parts and info on the A833.

I haven’t because I’ve never yet to open a transmission …. Not sure if I start removing stuff that I’ll get her back together

Nice Score! Didn't realize there was a difference in the a,b, and e body trans. Can you just steal the guts and put them in your a body trans? There was no beer in this episode, I'm disappointed......

Moat of the guts ride on the mainshaft which is longer on the B/E/C/truck/vans....so no Ill have to make up for the lack of beer in the next video

I have a Hurst shifter complete with shift handle and linkage for 69 B body.For non consol car for A- 833 4 speed transmission. If you are still looking for one.Or if anyone else is looking for one asking $375.00 for it.
