Eh. Agree to disagree, nuking water sources just for a singular dino that already just camps every single water source seems pretty shitty to me :p, Devs don't nuke carnis so herbis can have more fun or vice versa persay but the Devs will do it so that you can't ever get away from Deino?
@@andrewmeyer3599 if there’s ever a guaranteed safe water source, then there’s never any reason to go to a potentially unsafe water source. The chance of getting killed by a deino when drinking is overall pretty low, you just have to be more careful now.
@@masonv5143 Then why change the map for a singular dino? If it already has such a low kill rate than it shouldn't have been an issue to begin with. Dondi just wants his fucking Crocodile, Troodon, and Humans and after that he really doesn't seem to either care or have much thought put into it since all he would ever talk about was the Troodon and Deino

"If it already has a low kill rate..." deino doesn't have a low kill rate, it's that there's so much water that the chance of drinking where a deino is hiding is unlikely. I don't understand how there could be NO Herbie food in an area when there are plants and bushes everywhere. That's definitely an interesting design choice.
You can graze on grass if you get desperate, but the system is set up to keep people moving and interacting, or most would just hide away and bush grow if food/nutrients were everywhere and abundant
Dat Deino at the very beginning, it was me! xD Funny how I get recommended a video and seeing right away 'my lil gameplay into it', lol. I was messing with these stegos since a while, just for the laugh cuz totally know stegos are OP. Y: Even funnier, I DID grab one of your teno friends on my screen and this is why I went back into the water immediately so I could drown it. But apparently the game bugged?? As I was waiting for the teno to drown, I noticed it was taking way too long, got the bubbles out and everything but teno was still alive? So, I released RMB, only to have the teno to vanish completely from my jaws. This is interesting to see now that for the others players around, I didn't grab it at all, like wut? I clearly did on my game xDDD I told my deino comrade how angry I was, that I did grab the teno and was drowning it, until I released RMB and it simply disappeared. Perhaps I should've kept the video I've got of it and could've reported it as bug now that I see that other side of the scene, ahah. Yet if I remember correctly, it is a known bug already... Yeah Ptera got nuked this update. Grew one this weekend and was pecking a juvenile Deino in the water since he was following me while I was skimming, and he bit me back once and got me down to 25%.
i remember the old realism server where there was big fall and little falls? and they were connected in like, a set of water steps, and at the bottom, all the shants would nest in the lowest part. I also remember the water duct, the dark blue waterfall people would jump off of into the pond. I especially remember the old ruins that austro would vibe on top of. The old days.. I recall seeing Til the end, but i dont know if I played on them. I also remember the swamps on that map. I miss that map. I miss that isle. I could run that isle on my computer and actually enjoy myself. I miss it.

I’m sure oasis will get more food for other herbivores to live in when we get a lot more herbivores And hopefully there is no spot where people meet up and if there is isle is prob going to nuke it

I didn't understand the Ptera nerfing either, particularly since it seems to require dropping its weight. That seems to affect what it can swallow as I couldn't swallow frogs anymore.
Stegosaurus OP, gets no nerfs (if anything it got a buff). Ptera already frail as hell, gets a health nerf. The Isle devs making balance decisions that make sense challenge 2022.

maaan I remember the til the end servers, as well as the main ones my group played, Isle Of Wynter ( yes ik ew the wic group aka wynter is coming. I was a founding member before major drama and I left that nasty group).
Wow. I really should have invested in The Isle instead of Path of Titans. That looks so sick. Landscapes change over time? So many herds (how?) that you can encounter in one session? Great in-game soundtrack? I think the only way PoT is going to survive is to turn itself into this ultra-realistic ecosystem simulator AND most importantly, make the combat more punchy, instead of having dinosaur models clip into each other.
Deinosuchus needs to be bigger, they are the trex of the rivers, they should be able to take out a rex and stego without fear. And stego is way to strong
Give him the headswing because it’s cool and fits the dinosaur, then balance it accordingly so it’s not too strong. As for the teno nerf I’m fine with it, although it definitely is in need of some stamina buffs now.
