A couple more suggestions from me: The junkbow is nice at lower power scores (3000-6000) and can work very well up close but you also have to be close. I started with them from a free pack and I still have a couple bad habits to break. Another weapon I can recommend which has been added this season is the new tempest autocannon (aka tiny whirl). It has very high durability, is easy to work around and it feels like it doesn't really need support modules as badly as other weapons, relatively speaking.
more crossout content creator are always welcome, i see some great potential here ^^. now you just need the youtube overlords to bless your channel, well heck might even be able to say i was here from the beginning when your channel explodes, deservs a sub and keep up the good work ^^
I have 985 power score and I get into matches of 2k power score... I played this game back in the day when it first came. There was none of this kind of unfairness
I cant even get my vehicle above 2100ps and i go up against 3000ps all the time. Its very annoying. Wont ever give them money for this or warthunder. The borer cars are the worst. People have 3 or 4 borers and i can only have 1 until i level up. Any build advice?

The thing to watch out for with the rep booster items is that it artificially inflates your powerscore. These items really have no value to your build other than the rep they bring and they might scale up your build to fight in a powerscore class it shouldn't be in. If you are doing this in raids and bot farming runs, then fine. In competitive PVP modes, I take them off. One other tip is to also never run a fuel tank(s) when you aren't in a mission that rewards fuel. These things also take up a lot of space and powerscore and and explode when destroyed. So unless you are using them on a meme explosive rammer build, take them off.
And here I am prestige almost 300 and never crafted a flag ever. You want big points run machine guns and tap fire hit every single enemy for assists. Once you can get the cheap little lances get them make a lance build, run in get your kills til you die then leave match and start the next one. Easy fast leveling
I went with machine gun, set half to left mouse, half to right mouse, rock back and forth for alternate bursts. Constant stream of sustained, accurate fire. Aim for weapons, mop up easy targets. Right now I've got this 9-11k monster of a walker with 4 radiators and 2 millers mounted on the omamura module as a torso. Thing belts out almost 4k damage before overheat and dies with its guns on. To be fair, it's the only season pass I've ever purchased while gaming. One of those rare moments where I was so far leveled I may as well make it official.
The co driver tim is either outdated or irrelevant. I pretty much just started playing the game and the co pilot option unlocks onece I max out (lvl 30) with the engineer faction.

Just to get things clear , i just started crossout but I’m liking it, doing researchers on RU-vid to know more about the game , so one point still bothers me and i haven’t seen any creator talking about it or pointing it out , so if i didn’t make in game purchases i can’t compete with top level players ??
The thing is with crossout it's fun once you get to a higher level but there's one of two things you're going to end up doing you're either going to end up sinking a bunch of money into the game to compete or you're going to sink a crap ton of time into it and grinding but it could take you many months before you get the weapons that you're after. If you do that it will take you quite a while before you can compete with top players so to speak because they all use meta builds some of which are pretty inexpensive others are pretty expensive to build like really expensive especially if you're including a bunch of legendary and relic items
I started crossout a few years ago, fell in love & grinded for all the epics I wanted. Now I'm back playing and finally trading for legendarys! Not cool to come across someone with x5 porcupine's though (test the build exebitions) its god mode 🤦♂️ but still love crossout ❤🇬🇧
No, because the last update completely changed the co-driver set up and changed how some of the weapons work. Some of the best special tier weapons are the sinus MGs because of a perk they have where they do more damage after you score 10 hits in a row. If you learn to tap burst fire and throw some cooling items on, you can keep firing them forever with that bonus so long as you have targets to hit. The mace is a decent SG, most SG's do killer damage, but the best one is the Goblin. At only 2 PS, they also can be used as melee damage and also pump out a lot of damage. Now they aren't turreted and have a limited firing arc, but they are very low profile and you can make some killer builds with them.
No you don't really unlock new weapons you have to either craft them or buy them from the market using coins which you can earn overtime or you can buy packs to get coins that's totally up to you a lot of people are free to play players and they just grind to get the weapons and stuff that they want
I really like the game fighting shooting it's fun but I need better weapons and if I must pay naw. Wow what a lost of a great game shouldn't be like that. But I guess the creators need cash to I get it but don't have these videos free to free to do what I want type cause It ain't the case I'm thank u sir for answering
I'll just play get the scraps pvp till I get bored it's fun even tho some fools have these grinders and they just kill us poor new comers haha it's fun some times but it gets annoying u smash all in the team he got these saw blades and man it's over. 😆 O well. @@anubistechgames I don't even think you can. I've tried but mine never sees combat no matter how many times I toss it out. At this point, it's just a way to lock parts up so I don't craft with them or sell them... even then, there's already a button for that.
At these lower levels and PS here are some tips: Look for the promo packs: Morgenstern, Marmok, etc. You can look up a list on Reddit and get lots of good stuff like Growl cabs, wasps, nice wheels, free paints, and one of them even gives you a 3 day premium pack so you can earn 120 coins by simply logging in and completing 2 missions. You don't even have to win them. Learn to use your weapons correctly. Chords can be a very effective weapon if you don't just spray and pray. Don't hold your fire button down all the time. Tap fire them. Play at range. Don't try to be Rambo and drive into a pack of enemies and then wonder why you died. Even with these promo packs you won't have a lot of armor pieces to put on your builds. That only comes through levelling up. Work on your tactics and driving skills. Find all the hidden cameras in adventure mode. It is a long process, but all you need is an MG mounted on a platform above your roof so you can hit all your targets. An autocannon would also work well. It is time consuming, you can find maps online for all the camera locations, and the reward is a 5% rep booster item. Lupara SGs at low PS can really rip lower tier cars apart. At low PS, try to make a 6 wheel build with steering wheels at front and rear, and non steering in the middle.
