I would say that I wished Quidd made more use of Charizard. He was mainly using Squirtle and Ivysaur which, personally, I don't recommend. Having a good balance with all three is recommened
10:14 Holy moly, atomsk really is a great dedede, timing the animation of gordo and downthrow so that he can slam quidd against the gordo and the floor
His endlag on almost every move makes him so punishable, and he has few mixup options to break out of juggles (which are easy because of his size and weight). He’s one of the worse superheavies, which is why it’s so fun to see people be godlike on him. Underdogs like him, peanut and Chunkykong are a joy to watch
As a heavy, staying at long range against characters with zoning tools is a dangerous proposition, as he struggles to approach without taking a lot of damage, so it's usually best to be in burst range unless you're trying to escape from pressure
bro if god asked me if i wanted the secrets to the universe or understanding charizards up air im choosing the charizard up air, thats a wonky ass hit box
Even though he's got damage and kills, he doesn't have survivability from ledgeguarding and he's easy to 2frame. He also doesn't have as much BS that takes free stocks that others do, other than in his ledgetrapping game. In essence he's easier to kill, and he doesn't have as many fast cheese KO's that others have
@@Cheeseisboss it’s not that he doesn’t have cheese kills because that’s basically all he has. He has cheesy gordo traps and an up air that basically randomly can kill you really early if you DI it even a tiny bit wrong. He has cheesy inhale follow ups. What he doesn’t have is kill confirms from neutral interactions. His neutral and disadvantage is also just overall bad
