Crowd Helps Cheerleaders After Music Cuts Out Mid-Routine 

That's what I call sportsmanship

Reminds me of an old video I saw of a cute little girl singing the National anthem at a hockey game. Poor thing must’ve been so nervous that she stopped before the last few sentences. Everyone began to sing with her, it was the sweetest thing the audience did.

What a heartwarming moment for them and for the audience.

My country only has a very small cheerleader community so even though I don't really get it - it's absolutely heartwarming to see these girls getting all that support from what I gather is their competition in the audience. Good on the girls for not flinching one iota, good on the audience for counting out the routine to keep them in time. Brilliant effort all round.

Cheerleaders and dancers don't learn a routine by music... it's about count which obviously the crowd realized. Still nerve-wracking for a big competition like that so great job on the team!

I remember my cheerleader days, oh soooooo long ago! I miss the competitions, awards, camps, games and team spirit. We could use a lot more of that team spirit in our country today. Glad to see how the audience supported them. Great sportsmanship and comradery. Exceptional performance team!🏅

people will say what they want about cheerleading, but from all the shows ive watched, its a family. even other schools or teams will root you on, help you out, pick you up and hold you up on your worst day. much better than most professional althletic teams. they arent recognized for the absolute hard, difficult training they endure, the dedication to what they do. this was a perfect example of how people should behave. that cheer team worked HARD to get there, and all the others knew it and stepped in to help so they could continue to SHINE. these people have more enthusiasm and get up and go as teenagers and younger than i will ever have and im a full grown adult. i have NOTHING but respect

This actually happens more than you think in cheer. I was there to watch this. And I wasn’t really surprised and that’s just what the crowd does. And I was there to watch and I wasn’t surprised we started counting

What an atmosphere of huge support. They all kept it going cheerleaders and crowd. Talking about a wow moment. I was almost cheering myself. Very entertaining. Wish they'd do a series on cheerleaders again like they used to as it's so interesting and the hard work they put in as well as balancing it with sometimes a very stressful life and having to support themselves in many ways when outside of cheerleaders and so young still. All my love to all the performers and well done to the audience made up of many different fractions but showed much empathy regardless.

This is my favorite cheerleading video of all time! I have it on a playlist on my channel. I wasn't a cheerleader, I just am so impressed that their competition and everyone in the crowd yelled the count so they could finish.

from a former and current cheerleader, at any competition when the music cuts off, the crowd and cheer team goes straight to counting and must continue the routine! no points will be deducted though bc it isn’t their fault.

This is so awesome that the crowd would help them out for them to still do what they needed so that they can enjoy their routines

This used to happen sometimes when I was doing Drum Majorettes in my high school. The music would stop and the audience would clap for the teams in order for us to keep marching and going to our formations. So I totally relate to this. WELL DONE, GIRLS!!!

I remember when I used to train in competitive dance, they would purposefully mess up the music when we practiced just in case something like this happened. You never actually expect it to happen though, but I’m sure these girls were fully prepared.
