Generally if he plays before 10 p.m. and doesn't get complaints, the police won't mess with him. But why mess with him? Police should use their time to prevent the heavy crimes like robberies, car burglaries, gang of teens who invade retail stores and the security does nothing, etc.

People always forget about noise pollution when in the pubs at night, or on holiday. But people still have to work, all over the world as the world doesn't stop when you're on holiday. For sure. I was thinking she was polite not to interrupt right in the middle of the song, or shout over him and shut him down completely. She probably received a complaint about the noise so just turned up to tell her dispatcher that she attended the scene and had words with him just to tick a few boxes then moved on. --- Or maybe she wanted to shut him down but there were so many people just vibing that it would have been absolute suicide to try anything funny like that.
