Lol 😂 I started working when I was 15. And my mentality was to be always better and the best at any job I do. Honestly I love working at a face paste and well no a days teenagers in this generation are just horrible at keeping up ⬆️

@@joesmooth999 I can tell you the operations are not that hard, but the job is incredibly stressful especially on weekends and depending on what station you’re working on. Not to mention you have to deal with quite a few impatient customers almost daily. It definitely isn’t always “easy.” I’m assuming you’ve never worked LC before.

I worked there in the late 90's and it was a very hard job, and a lot of work. We did make it all from scratch true story. This video was fun and brought back a lot of good memories

I worked as a dough maker, everything came prepared in a bag with all the seasonings for the regular dough, and the Deep dishes we had a special Yeast packet for it, and used butter on the trays.

I work at Little Caesars, we dont take things seriously. No breaks, no systems, you just do what needs to be done and sit when its not busy. We dont have to wear hats, shirts or aprons. Were all teenagers who get the job done and dont give a shit. As long as there's a good manager its a great place to work. But where i work we cuss, we fight, we complain we just dont care. The way he folded the boxes made me cringe. Also, he topped the pizza way to slow. Best and worst place ever. We dont stand out and spin a sign either

The cheese is frozen I use to work at a little Caesars pizza almost everything is frozen except the tomatoe sauce

Actually hardly anything is frozen at Little Caesars. The Italian Sausage, Beef, Bacon, and Wings Are frozen. I've been in the pizza business for 44 years. I started with little Caesars in my 5th year as a manager. Started back with them 11 years ago and still here. I can assure you that the cheese is not frozen. It's a combination of Mozzarella and Muenster. Bet you didn't even know that did you HeavyDropz YT did you lol. The dough and sauce are made every single day at every location. I work at a very high volume store, I can almost guarantee that the freezer in your house is bigger than ours.

@@busch327 That's why I love your pizza, it tastes fresh because the dough is fresh. It makes a big difference. The toppings can be defrosted with no loss in taste, but the dough? Something gets damaged when most pizza dough are frozen, I think it's the fat and some of the moisture.

Little Caesars is probably the worst job you can have the highest paycheck is 460 to 560 only if you close of you don't it's like 300 maybe 400 if your lucky or unlucky as some one who works at an understaffed store and you get no breaks because the terrible schedule and people calling off

It’s not required because sometimes the pepperoni folds in Half and it’s difficult to lay the toppings, also the 650 degree oven gets rid of any bacteria that’s on the pizza.

Like everyone says, not the best tasting pizza but its business model is what has helped them kill traditional pizza branches in Latin, South America and Western Europe. Cheap and Fast. Today that's what most people are looking for.
