The crowds are already growing early Monday morning in Niagara Falls ahead of the total solar eclipse happening in the afternoon. CHCH Morning Live's Simone Gavros is at Table Rock Centre to tell us more.
if you live in Niagara Falls then all the people that live there not only couldn't pronounce eclipse but they wouldn't even know what it was. Probably think it is some voodoo world ending sign from God.
Crowds? It looks less crowded than usual. Why did you not do a report about the shooting 1 block from my home yesterday? Are you Hanilton’s news station or Niagara’s?
This was a total bust! The weather and the cloud cover, put a damper on the whole Solar Eclipse event. The only thing that was interesting was when totality occurred between 1518 and 1521. The skies darkened and the temperature cooled down. Most areas in the Niagara Region did not even see the sun at all. And let me tell you there was nowhere near 1 to 1.5 million people down around the Falls area. I live in Niagara Falls and drove through the area and the weather just put a total damper on it for most people. Lots of people left early or didn’t even bother coming to Niagara. QEW into Niagara Falls was completely devoid of any traffic on the way into the city.
Be glad when this is finished. Hyped out too much & such stress hearing about it every minute. Ppl should be this excited & motivated to do good causes & donations to charity of their choice instead of money for a room & an event lasting a short time. Prioritize time & resources. Ridiculous
why work when u can claim disablity have kids and make a killing tax free. Im on disablity right now for a marijuana and alcohol addiction I have 8 kids and the child tax benefit went up...
I live in Niagara Falls 5 minutes from the falls. The falls is empty. We get 250,000 people on new years theres not even half here. State of emergency for what? Oh yeah they did that to help out Trudeaus mistakes.
This niagara falls biggest fail what happened to 1.0 million people LOL. Not even normal summer traffic and state of emergency and the skys are overcast...
