I always enjoy your videos, we've been on the Crown Princess before, most recently 28 days March/April 2023 but I still watched this all the way thru. We'll be on her again Dec/Jan. Thanks for the memories.
If you were talking about Alaska, the weather in August is pretty good, but it could rain anytime of year. Plus, the salmon will be running. If you go to Ketchikan, make sure you walk up Creek Street and all the way up to the park. You will see thousands of salmon in Ketchikan Creek. Thank you for the tour. Hoping to cruise it with my family this year to Alaska. Thanks for showing the library. Nice surprise to see the Watchtower magazine there.😊
This tour was recorded back in September 2023 I understand. Great tour by the way. I am sailing on the Crown to Hawaii in March of 2024 from San Francisco. I keep hearing on the cruise forums that the Crown has been plagued with plumbing issues with backed up toilets. I hope these issues get resolved soon. Been a loyal Princess cruiser for many years and have never experienced any issues aboard their ships.
Hopefully you don’t experience problems on your cruise. The older ships have more plumbing problems than the newer ones. It did not affect us. Thank you for your comments and thank you for subscribing to our channel.
Excellent walkthrough of the ship. I was however looking for confirmation of free access to the Steam and Sauna rooms that appear to be in the Mens and Women's change room in the Spa. I love using those periodically on a cruise, but so many cruise line have moved them to the paid portion of the Spa.
Trying to decide if I want to take the Crown or Discovery to Hawaii. This ship looks really dark and rather bland. It seems perfectly suited for Alaska cruising. It's just not giving off a Hawaii vibe. Thanks for posting.
The Crown is an older ship than the Discovery. It’s Princess’ newest ship until February. We would go on the Discovery over the Crown. We made a ship tour of the Discovery: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-bHN_zWWbIso.htmlsi=CntCU_txDJkiNRC5 Thank you for your comments and thank you for subscribing to our channel.
Hello could you please show me the Room how it looks like the bedroom toilet bathroom and TV'S on the wall I am most likely love to see where I am sleeping thanks Felicia Puddicombe
Ok will do. We have an inside cabin right now. Last time on this ship we had a mini suite. You can see that video on our channel. Thank you for your comments and thank you for subscribing to our channel.
The water doesn’t feel cold, but we didn’t go in any of them. We think they are heated a little. Thank you for your comments and thank you for subscribing to our channel.
We are a little slower than others getting back to "normal". The Crown Princess will be our first return to cruising since late 2019, pre-pandemic. In terms of overall health, were people being sick on the boat an issue? Any testing requirements prior to boarding? Etc?
We don't believe any cruise line still has testing requirements. As you walk through the hallways you might see a little table in front of a cabin door. This usually means they are in quarantine. In 2022 I spent a week in Quarantine on the Enchanted Princess. People on the ship still cough and sneeze. Some still wear masks. We bring Covid tests with us. We have been on 27 cruises since they came back in 2021. Thank you for your comments and thank you for subscribing to our channel.
