I was glad to attend this Pop-up with my husband ✨
Chef Jassimran is the Culinary Director of one Michelin Star Crown Shy and two Michelin Star Saga.
This was his fifth pop-up in NYC in these two years. Chef Jassimran interpreted his Indian Cuisine in NYC language that he bravely used nonconservative ingredients and methods to tell an Indian Story. To me, the New American Fine-dining at this moment is a stage where Chefs can show the world their styles with cuisine.
This is my first video that only filmed the process of enjoying this Fine-Dining without too much description.
I will continue doing this series and invite you to explore the Fine-Dining with me.

This series of videos is another project for my channel.
Because of my husband’s work, I watch many Fine-Dining videos on RU-vid to know more about unique restaurants all over the world. One of my favorite RU-vidrs @andersandkaitlin filmed their Fine- Dining experiences without saying many descriptions but still make me want to try the restaurant.
So it inspired me to do like them that I would like to record and share more of my Fine- Dining experiences with my husband with you guys. Hope you will enjoy this series of videos in the future 😉
