Excellent! I knew that looking to add this work to the business would be a challenge as most of these parts are non-existent. the 98-0502 is as Arrow states "Custom version of RS20957STRPBF - Driver 5.1V 1-OUT High and Low Side Half Brdg Inv/Non-Inv 16-Pin SOIC N T/R"
I have seen mods for using transistors other than stock for outputs on the class ab style before. I Think we may need to send them a email and see if there as nice as taramps support :) worth a try. They have a lot of service manuals for board level repair. At least for the older stuff if I remember correctly.
I have a problem when turning it on. The amplifier works, but I can only turn it off by removing the electrical current. However, when I remove the connection between the large and small boards, the amplifier on and off button works normally. Please Help
Do you know the power draw from the unit on full amplification? I'm comparing to built in amps for a subwoofer for power draw vs power output. Is there an amp you reccomend for low power use and high quality sound/power output? Thanks for the vids and keep rocking.
