There's absolutely no sign of him suing Odious Scabies for the contents of his book Endgame and there's no sign of them suing The Hollywood Reporter for calling them specifically "the biggest losers". Odd that, isn't it considering he has no fewer than 6 outstanding lawsuits in the UK for far less than calling them that? I'm convinced that he thought these lawsuits in the UK would AUTOMATICALLY be ruled in his favour because of who he is (a touch of the "don't you now who I am?) - especially the one where he turned up with NO EVIDENCE and expected the Judge to get it for him. I'm sure the Judge will dine out on that story for the rest of his life. Of course, he's now had a disastrous wake-up call amounting to about £48,000 which, added to his own costs which will be a similar amount will come to about £100,000 to be paid by 29th December. And it's all for nothing because the REAL trial hasn't even started yet and, as the Judge remarked that it should go to trial because the Defendants have a good chance of SUCCESSFULLY arguing their case it would appear that Harry's bank manager will be in for a few sleepless nights. Unlike Harry's lawyers who'll be rubbing their hands with glee at the prospect of their ongoing fees. What's that old saying? "A fool and his money are soon parted".
