I watch more cruise related videos that I should and had to tell you, that I LOVE yours!!! You're so funny and fun, and just 'real'. Refreshing. Watching this older dream video because your recent Vista vids aren't all out yet :) Cruising on Vista in September (assuming it's back in operation by then, lol)

Thanks so much Tess!! It was just announced that the July Vista sailings are being canceled so the ship can go in for full repairs. So it should be good to go in September.

@@EECCTravels Yes, I saw that... I was being sarcastic. I am positive I've never heard of a ship going out of service for a long period of time like this, especially one that is only a few years old. I'm anxious to hear exactly what the problem is, not sure we'll get that explanation but hope so. Thanks again for the vlog, looking forward to seeing the rest of your Vista trip.

wow you guys can get around that ship pretty fast! :) what a view, eh? :) I thought with the technology today, the ships could pretty much avoid most storms they used to have to go through....up here in the mountains, when it starts snowing as it is right now - it doesn't stop until march - :) good looks great! wow, I guess she does give up the camera - sometimes! :)

I power walk! Hehe, everyone tells me I walk too fast. But I was surprised it only took 8 minutes to walk all the way around. The storm wasn't too bad, just a lot of rain and some wind. They do avoid any major storms and stay far away from hurricanes. Wow, snow already???? It's still in the 80's here! And yes, every now and then I let someone else record :)

Love the video as always! We hit hurricane Irma while on the Carnival Triumph in September, 20ft swells so we are also familiar with storms at sea now!

Thanks so much! This one was actually very mild. Last year when we were on the Freedom, the boat was rocking so much you had to hold on to the walls when you walked. It was very interesting that the plates and glasses were sliding around the table at dinner...

We had to storm on ours on Oct 22, had to skip Belize after Mahogany Bay and go straight to Cozumel. It was really rocky. Loved the Dream. Wish we were back, ended up booking a shorter cruise on the Valor last week lol. Love your videos!

Oh that really stinks that you missed a port! This storm was just lots of rain and some wind but it wasn't too bad. When we were on the Freedom, on our last night the boat was rocking to where you were holding on to the walls when you walked. Have fun on the Valor!

I have a question. I hope you can answer it. We are sailing for the first time. For the excursions that specify no flash photography, does this also prohibit go pro cameras? I would like to capture our dolphin swim.

This is going to vary tour to tour but I can say in about 99% of the time, a GoPro will be fine. The flash photography messes with the animals so that is why it is not allowed. Hope this helps.
