Cruising from Miami? Preview 3 rooms at the Hilton Bentley on South Beach.  

This hotel was asking almost $700 per night, but I reserved with Honor's Points and had an amazing room! First I was assigned room 703 in the East Tower but it was way too musty. Then I was given room 714 in the West Tower but it had a very squeaky air conditioner. The hotel staff was very helpful and, after I said I'd go back to the first room, they insisted I try one more. Wow! I was given a one bedroom suite in the West Tower in room 911 which was absolutely AMAZING! Helps to be flexible and kind when dealing with hotel staff. They were great!.
