I'm curious why you added extra flour to the chocolate cookie since the cocoa powder kind of acts like flour.

Cocoa powder isn't a thickener like flour is, but graham crackers act as a thickener which is why we can use graham crackers in place of flour, but we can't do the same with cocoa. Just different properties that don't work the same. :)
