The ingredients correspond to a baking sheet with the size 35x25 cm.
For an 18 cm springform pan, simply cut the ingredients in half.
For the shortcrust pastry:
480 g flour / 16.9 oz.
200 g soft butter / 7 oz.
180 g of sugar / 6.3 oz.
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
5-6 tbsp milk
For the filling:
1000 g quark / 35.3 oz.
230 grams of sugar / 8.1 oz.
200 ml of cream / 6.8 fl.oz.
2 tbsp sour cream
4 eggs
150 g poppy seeds / 5.3 oz.
2 tablespoons of sugar for the crumble
