📋 INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
5 egg yolks
250 g sugar (1 1/4 cups)
150 ml vegetable oil (2/3 cup)
100 ml water (1/2 cup)
250 g all-purpose flour (2 cups)
2 teaspoons of baking soda
5 egg whites
pinch of salt
1 tbsp cocoa
Pudding:
80 g vanilla pudding powder or cornstarch (2/3 cup)
800 ml milk (3 1/3 cups)
2 tbsp sugar
Cream filling:
200 ml cream (3/4 cup)
2 tbsp vanillin sugar
400 g crème fraîche or 30% sour cream (1 3/4 cups)
Bake: 160°C (320°F) for 30 minutes in a fan oven
Baking pan diameter: 22 cm x 31 cm (9 x 12 inches)
