CK2 makes me happy. I wish I could play my CK2 games along with yours, but instead I listen to HOI4 for hours on end while playing CK2. The videos start to merge in my mind, and then I end up just hearing random nonsense that makes me giggle every now and then. Another game you could do is Dwarf Fortress.
