i actually have noelle as my 2nd dps in the team, keqing as main .. if noelle does not have burst - i use keqing most of the time, but i spam noelle's E skill and switch to keqing so yeah - i also dont dodge that much, i actually stayed in front of the whale to see how much damage it has by testing if it can burst my breastplate
*How to beat Childe:* 1. Eat your most Powerful Food Buffs 2. Drink Resistance Potion (Water or Lightning) 3. Eat Emergency Health Foods 4. Razor + Superconduct = ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA! 5. Tell him his Little Brother is behind him
two words : compound bow. It’s literally the best bow against bosses because it allows u to deal alot of damage in short amount of time and it ramps up the speed or ur attack which gives u better dps. all u rlly need is compound bow and physical/atk damage artifacts and u gud.
I do this with Beidou and Jean, if I'm somehow injured I use Jean's burst which is ridiculously strong and the healing is nuts...then just use Beidou with 23 k HP for Tidebreaker full counter which hits for around 15k. lol It's a fun strategy. I like to use Noelle as well but I really keep wishing for a weekly to drop the damn claymore so I can get white blind. I put everything into Animus and didn't think I''d use Noelle that much one day.
They gave us a virgin Childe character and a Chad Childe boss. -_- Fighting him with my low-end phone is frustrating lmao. lags everytime. That mark removal tips is so useful, didn't know about that. Thank you!
I mean, I fucking breathed down his neck the entire fight (for a whopping 100+ seconds) and spammed overcharge, he couldn't do shit cuz his bullshit moves like the whale community and arrow spam have a lower priority than hacks and slashes if you're close enough
@@pablocastro3417 I also use her as my dps. I currently have her at constellation 4. I use the "Retracing Bolide" 4 piece Artifact set with DEF/Geo Damage/DEF. Because DEF is actually better than ATK for damage on Noelle. For the substats i try to get: DEF > CRIT DMG & Crit Rate > ATK > other stats "Whiteblind" is the Weapon i use. There is no better Weapon that has DEF as second stat and the "Whiteblind" even has DEF in its passiv Effect. I also have the Traveler with Geo Element in my team for the elemental resonance. Having 2 geo Charakters will give you 15% more DMG while having a shield and Noelle has a shield for 80% time. The Geo Traveler is also a good support Charakter because his elemental burst will give Noelle 10% Crit chance if she is fighting inside it. If you have a 4 piece "Noblesse Oblige" artifact Set on the Traveler, Noelle will also get 20% ATK after he uses his elemental burst.
Your comment made my day, I'm dying of laughter since I literally do the same thing you did but I have a constellation 6 Noelle and a constellation 1 Qiqi so my team is always full health whenever I face him. I charged right up to him absorbing everything he throw at me and prepare to crush him good.
Just a little character specific tip: When on Childe's Phase 2 and 3, most of Childe's attacks are electro so Razor's burst skill will give him 80% electro res making you able to actually face tank Childe head on.
@@watyhu99 I main Razor and used barbara as support! I think they're super neat together cause barbara's and razor's skill can easily trigger electro charged
Boss lady ninguang is really powerful in almost all bosses and domains except that geo hypothesis and rock slimes🔥🔥🔥🔥..and i crushed childe without dying😁😁😁

@@shinsuu777 i was thinking the same for my amber but since i have like 15 character... I actually waste all of my resource to other character already lol gotta do what i have done.
he suprised me in the beginning(i just get into ar40 during the story quest i havent level up my characters yet and yes they all died in a minute because i don't know his attack yet), but after few times his attack is actually dodgeable unlike wolf
The mark removal tip is a godsend; that's quite literally his only attack I had no clue how to avoid. It also explains why the ring suddenly stopped tracking me as Barbara; the Melody Loop procs Wet, which triggers a reaction to cancel the targeting.
"this is not a race to do the most damage" Okay, the dragon, I can understand that comment. But try that damage race crap on the wolf and he'll kick your ass too.
The main thing in the battle with him is to learn the moveset(It's an ordinary thing for most bosses in the dark souls games). After that, continue to dodge and strike between the frames between his combo. This is the gimmick point of the victory over him.
When it was my first time doing Childe boss fight, I crafted some hydro and electro resistance potions because a lot of players were saying that it’s hard to fight him. As a result, I beat him in one try, but I agree that the last phase was a bit challenging.
I didn't even know there will be a boss fight, I just ate food for damage bonus and clapped the fuck out of him with my xiangling traveler(aero) fischl and beidou level 38 to 50 team
When I did Childe yesterday in co-op, I noticed that the last phase is pretty easy. As you pointed out he wont move until you get close to him. In co-op this is true as well, except that he was only waiting for the host to get close. The host was not moving at all in the 3rd phase and the other 3 could just take him down without any resistance. Sometimes I really like the co-op stuff
Beat him first try. He was tough but after challenging again and just watching how he fights..he’s actually pretty easy to figure out and dodge. No problem fighting him now.
I haven't spent a dime on this game and currently have Amber, Beidou, Bennett, Chongyun, Diluc, Fischl, Kaeya, Lisa, Ningguang, Noelle, Razor, Venti, Xiangling, and Xingqiu.
@@LBCAndrew I have almost all 4 stars characters with the exception of Oz(and his master), Sucrose (wind cat), Pyro Rocker and cryo user with a claymore(I forgot his name). Still not a single 5 star.
@@kinghassan2038 i relate.. i have chongyun and xinyan and fishcl but i dont have sucrose and benett and ningguang.. and still not a single five star after all those acquaint/interwined fates i spent my primogems on.. and yes i am f2p.

Thank you for this. Ive watched a lotof Childe boss tutorials and yours is the best! You didnt only tell us to dodge like other videos do. Because of you i was able to beat childe in one try after trying many times previously. Thank you so much for this. I really thought i was going to be stuck lol
@@gaiko804 hey I live on a decently cooked potato, i make do by playing this game on 30 min intervals letting it cool down before it starts dropping to 10fps
razor makes your life easier. his elemental burst negates 80% of any electro damage meaning the second and third phase wont be AS hard. Then combine this with some healing and support and childe's damage is basically just slapping you
tbh using Razor, Diona, and Barbara is basically an instant win....hit him with the superconduct debuff, use barbara's E and switch to razor giving him a massive attack boost, and literally erase the health bar in like 3 or 4 swings.

If you have Beidou, you can quite easily block/counter attack pretty much everything he throws at you. So if you're having trouble dodging and have her, she's probably your best bet melee-wise. Practically soloed him with her, and her electro attacks DO hurt him even in his electro phases. Quite frankly, Beidou in general is a straight up boss killer because of her counter and defensive style (which actually fits with her backstory.) That all said, my main question here is how the heck is your Razor doing almost 10k per hit?? I saw that he's level 90. My Beidou is 80 and she's doing 1/10th of that damage.
Everytime Childe summon the whale, i changed to the non-dps character as a sacrificial so that I can witness that beautiful whale animation skills and it worth it ♥
I enjoyed the fight quite a lot, it's nice to see Mihoyo trying different things instead of their all-time favorite mode: _Time trials_ Hopefully, this means that we'll see more creative boss fights in the future.
lmao i did that with the wolf boss, but it won`t work that well on childe, since there is no grass, he overloads every 2 seconds instead of all the time, so less dmg, and less dmg = death
@@hiarus8850 well its true boss are getting buff on coop but its faster and efficient on coop its twice faster than doing solo idk if u havent tried it ... im ar 45 and its easier for me doing childe
@Dinobun then u go for supp/ healer its sometime u need to adjust yourself .. u know ppl has lot of ego .. smh but on over all we always beat childe for less than 2 min
How to win this fight easily Bring a healer Use ningguang Her ult+shield takes childes health to half, then finishes it And it doesn't take much to recharge her ult
He's not that tough if you take your time, but if you mindlessly rush him like you normally would with any other Genshin impact boss, you're gonna have a bad time xD
The reason why i kinda rushed on this fight is because my phone graphic smoothness went down when entering the Golden House.. So it's kinda laggy somehow
Also, side tip. I find it that Diona cancels Childe's riptide mark by using her shield skill, so it's either that characters with abilities that give you elemental shields, or characters that apply an element to yourself when using an ability like Barbara's healing get rid of it.
I wholeheartedly thank you for this help. I might actually be able to beat him now (I've been stuck with phase 3, and having to sit through the cutscenes every time is also a pain)
@@SakuraChanLovesYou Nah just use any other frost character then. The main reason to use her is to make superconduct happen. With the water res potion and Razor's ult's thunder reduction, the shield doesn't really matter that much. I only used her, because she's cute af.

Don't rush you adventurer level skill. If you bump on an ascension quest, leave it for a while until you get enough artifacts and maxed out your main lineup. That's how I managed to get through being an F2P...
Fighting him is annoying af I Literally put him at 1 hp.. And he's at the last transformation.. His health is literally 1 i swear im not lying.. And my team everybody died except fischl.. When i try to shot my arrow at him.. My fischl just died.. And HE'S LITERALLY 1 HP😤😭 AND RIP FOOD...
I fight him being Lvl71. Most of the one shot attack he used got blocked by my Beidou. I even fight him again with Beidou only as the shield and counter is killing him rapidly.
the going to the wall part was exetremely helpful i really thought he was designed to 1 shot kill one of your character and the only way to avoid it was to eye frame
managed to beat him the second try with Lumine, Xiangling, Barbara and Chongyun before i found this vid. He killed me first time cus i didnt know his moves or damage output but second time i managed to catch on fast
First phase: Long range Second phase: Dodging and using the windows of opportunities to damage him? Final phase: Full melee Got it! That mark removal tip was very helpful thank you!
well i did beat him with supereasy strategy - first of all take 2 anema chars (sukrose/traveller/venty) they will give +10% to movement bonus and -to stamina cost . second - take any two other chars :) use +stamina food . always move near edge of arena . with movement bonus you will always easy remove his marks , and will supereasy evade any skills like whale . also running near edge almost insta remove his killing move and will seriously reduse range of his spear moves . killed him on second try with razor . first one died on whale :D
How to kill his easy:Use one jade parcel and place a fishl Birb and use xiangling gouba and hit him with xiangling.That’s how i did it,but with the last battle,i used an adeptus stew thing.Fishl is good during his melle stance,just keep using fishl until he attacks,then switch to your melle(with jade parcel) and hit.
If you don't walk into this one prepared, you're in for a rough fight. Especially blind. Popping food for buffs help and learning to dodge so you don't end up with a Klee pancake! 😱
