There are so many challenges to talk about. When it comes to new client gen.; I have a lot of trouble with cold calling. It is truly a barrier for me which means it is a weakness for my business. However when in the discovery phase I think I could do a better job of asking the why's like you mentioned in this video. I love how you recommend going beyond to obvious "generate sales" to better understand what is the need driving the additional generation of sales. And when it comes to closing the deal, I think the biggest challenge I face is being confident in pricing. Sometimes I feel that being a smaller agency means I have to concede on price to build my trackrecord.
I have already spoke to almost 100 businesses and managed to run ads for 3 of them. However, they were not serious about my offer. I brought in total 26 leads for them all. My biggest challenge is to find a serious clients as they did not provided me with a video testimonial for my free service.
I used to struggle the most with trying to master & offer a ton of different types of services and low-ball other agencies. I overcame that by focusing on one specific industry/niche and one specific service that I offer and have gotten really good at. Saves so much time & energy & lets you master one thing so you can justify charging more for it.
My biggest challenge is moving on to another niche from the restaurant niche because I don't want to see local restaurants go out of business, and get stuck with a bunch of McDonald's and other big fast-food chains. As a start-up agency, it really sucks to have to move on I wish I could help.

Some of the people that come to me say I’m too expensive. But I’ve been laying out all of their needs in front of them then they end up seeing the bigger picture and they start to understand why it’s that price. Awesome vid Jordan! Been going through your smma course again (got it last year & there's so much value) to brush up on some specifics for my agency and it's been super helpful. What are some of the most common objections you've gotten, aside from being pricey? One that I've gotten a lot is that they're concerned that their investment won't pay off or get them any results. I've overcome this by breaking down the numbers of their customer value & how many I'd need to bring them to make a profit. When you clearly lay it out, they can see the practical reasoning and that it's not too far out of reach.

How do we get potential leads should we cold call or cold email and I have seen that many times I cant get the heads or directors emails and when I email the sales email about the directors email I dont get a response what should I do?
