Talents is not mandatory, but it is pretty good, if you don't have it just play couple more handtraps instead. Card next to Crimson Blader is Chaos Archfiend, can act as OTK enabler or board wipe as you can easily setup his atk to 4500 and atack all their monsters, and if they out it it floats into Chaos Angel.
Your deck is quite good but I think it wouldn't be bad to put something else on it to make it better, for example some cards that you take to 1 are better at 2 or 3 because of their effects, maybe you can put something on it More is more
