It is beautiful to see Lotlot cry like this and treat Christopher De Leon as a real father. And that is because that is how she feels and more likely how she was treated by him through the years. She is his adopted daughter in reality but most likely was never treated as if she is not part of his family. Daughters are usually closer to their moms and she and her other adopted siblings must have been treated differently on the other side for her to feel some type of way. Kudos to Christopher De Leon for taking the stance that if you adopt a child, you made a commitment to treat them as yours in actions and in your heart.
