~ ABOUT CRYPTA ~
Born in June 2019, CRYPTA is a Brazilian/Dutch Death Metal fourpiece, influenced by the old school sub-genres of the style.
The band’s lineup include Fernanda Lira (vocals & bass) and Luana Dametto (drums), both ex-members of Brazilian thrash metal band Nervosa, Sonia Anubis (lead guitars) who also plays in Cobra Spell and played formerly in the heavy metal band Burning Witches, and Tainá Bergamaschi (guitars), ex-member of Hagbard.

Thank you Fernanda for being such a positive influence, I love metal music,but I hate that it is often associated with the darker side of humanity.Also,my wife is a save the children employee,and I can vouch for the fact that they do a lot of good for underprivileged children and communities around the world.Crypta is awesome!don't ever stop being good people.

Tô até meio sem palavras... Muito foda. A sensibilidade da banda, e especialmente da Fernanda, com temas tão importantes é muito responsável e inspiradora. Eu não fazia ideia da existência dessa síndrome até esse vídeo; a letra com certeza trouxe um awareness do QUÃO difícil, além do que podemos imaginar, é a realidade de um refugiado, a ponto de levar ao coma. É assustadora a quantidade de crianças também. Eu já amava a música antes, mas ela ganhou muitas outras dimensões. É muita potência. Obrigada por tanto!!! 💙

Thanks for the detailed explanation, Fernanda, and for raising awareness of the plight of refugees worldwide, especially children. Watching this video, then rewatching your video for I Resign made it all very clear: your visuals, music and lyrics combined have a very powerful and moving message, it brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for your art, your conviction and courage!

Damn, getting extremely serious... wasn't expecting that shift in the subjects you girls usually "talk" about. Maybe I should pay more attention to the lyrics. Love this! L.E.: I did wanted to post, a while ago, about that the song seems a bit different from what I'm kinda used to, from Crypta. So, it's more a song inspired from a subject than from a musical idea... I guess? and you girls, seem to evolve in some direction. Let's see where you end up.

I can imagine horrible things on refugees but specially i didn´t know about this terrible sindrome, after watch Fernanda explanation i started to reading a few content about this and i consider this song is great way of awarness and empaty on this problem, well done friend!

A cousin of my mom died because they just gave up. He was taken from his family in the 1950s to be indoctrinated by a Catholic boarding school in Saskatchewan. Far better fate than a lot of kids who died during faux exorcisms and starvation at those Christian assimilation camps.
