I am impressed that you are able to get that much power with all those trees in your yard. My yard is also full of high trees in a similar array. Still interesting video.
You could make the shed more rain proof with the cable coming in by simply adding a "drip loop" to the cable. It is basically just a saggy area next to where the cable penetrates the structure and most of the water will follow the cable to its lowest point before dripping off.
Im using a 4215 BN Epever forty amp controller which has worked great since October 2020. I have 1600 watts of solar panels feeding twenty big marine batteries from Autozone.
How much have you made up of the value of mining cryptos this method versus how much it spent? Also I've done the math for a basic mining rig that would use around 300 watts. I can't seem to find a way to leave it powering on overnight without using something super expensive that would recharge the battery and it can hold up that long at night. Do you have any recommendations on how to make this setup affordable and still have some kind of returns and how long it takes for itself to pay off?
Hi Is it possible to describe how did you manage to MMPT, Solar panels and battery to connect to each other to get solar power directly to your miner? I will be happy for a short video. Thanks.
be careful with that wire going in when it rains i know u said there was no leaks but im sure u can make it a little better that gives me such anxiety with all the octominers down there
Im just getting into mining with solar... To my calculations... To run 4 asic miners at 2.8kwh... its going to take 23 550w panels... CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME WITH A QUOTE?!
