26:20 If you EVER raised money, then you don't get to be a commodity, you're always a security. To be a commodity it needs to launch with no fundraising for tokens like bitcoin. That is why ETH is a security and bitcoin is a commodity.
A legal framework in and out of commodity classification based on decentralization would be great for crypto. It would push crypto to remain and be decentralized.
I’m not just saying this because he’s pro crypto but he is an awesome guy to have in the Republican Party. He puts the people first on so many issues. Often times at the expense of the party having to side with democrats. But the most important thing is he does the right thing
I can’t wait to see what projects are a security or commodity. That brings up a few more questions. Can the crypto exchanges become licensed to deal with securities or will all the security tokens have to be delisted? It’s actually not a bad thing if your project gets labled a security if the crypto exchanges can buy, sell, & custody those tokens

we need federal legislation for DAOs to be recognized as LLCs, and a more constrained option for certain non-profit daos to be recognized as nonprofit LLCs (it'll probably have to be very specific, like not having a token, and 1-person-1-vote and etc. but it's an important thing to be able to do) daos need to be able to own real world assets
