At the endgame you can farm cores at a ridiculous rate by consuming a forge potion after maxing the terminus bench. Craft C4 for 3 mins and lots collect for thousands of cores. Easy cosmic prim dragon. All for the price of 1 credit pouch

gamigo acting the same way valve did when tf2 got the summer update, they said it was gonna be a BIG update and the only thing they added was some maps and a gamemode both made by community, i hope someday gamigo will actually get it right and make an interesting update new biome, difficulty & bosses * cough cough shadow towers✊😔*.
I think they wanted to release more content for the game like a new uber level with brand new biome similar to what geode topside is and have it start at u-12. However they realised they will not be able to deliver the gear upgrades + new content so they probably decided to split the two and thats when the backtracking happened. I believe after this update they are now working on this new content which gives players time to acquire c5 gear and generally powerup for this new content before they release it.
this update ruined everything for me in my midgame because i have been really unlucky with crystal drops and now cant craft crystal gear because the update just came and removed the crystal gear crafting in the table in topside U8 so now im stuck with low level crafting skill and cant get crystal, feelsgoodman
I’m locked behind the quest where hero wants you to craft a crystalline weapon on a sunseekers crystal forge, but you can no longer craft them there, so I can’t complete the quest and advance
