So in 925 this house comes with 2 bedroom basement suite as well?

No, this specific as built model does not come with a 2 bedroom legalized basement suite. It would be about $1.1m with a legal suite.

Unfortunately, there are no new construction front drive homes available for the $500,000 range. Prices have gone up quite a bit.
