This video is so satisfying because we are using up old rhinestone pieces from old DIY's! For me, this project cost $0!! I'm using old sock boots and leftover trim...boom!
The original inspiration boots cost $1600- $2900!!!
The best part about this project is the level of creativity you can bring to it. Choose any color scheme, any pattern, any anything that feels right to you.
Gluing or Sewing, whichever technique is right for you.
I usually like to glue first, so I can have that quick fix :) And then if I really love it, I will go back and re-enforce with a needle and thread so it lasts forever.

Love your creativity. I actually liked the one on the heel and the trim at the top.. i didnt really like the spacing on the rest.. but thats all subjective. Great DIY!

They look great! I love that accent/statement piece on the heels, I think it looks really good. 😻 I did something very similar with sequinned fabric appliques on my wedding shoes, which came out beautiful too. 💜

Lovely! I do really love the glob cover up! I think when you first placed the top trim it was lower and I think I like it lower with black showing on top. I also think maybe a couple small ones doubled on front or side more asymmetry. I don't like sparkly glitzy but surprisingly think they are adorable. I have to do your fashion style test. Maybe right now!

let the glue dry completely and peel away as much as possible. Acetone will typically remove the glue. Test in an inconspicuous place first of course. Last thing - put a big jewel on your zipper pull to incorporate it as an element of the design. - Cool project ! Thanks for sharing. - love your channel.

All of the sock boots I've seen have heels that are way too high for me. If I can ever get flat sock boots, I'll be happy. Wearing them with leggings will be kinda like wearing pajamas with feet ;-0

I like the piece in the back! And I think it would be very nice to have some slinky dangles attached to the zipper pulls. Maybe tennis bracelet or shinny chain like a snake that looks like liquid silver, idk. ❤

I really like it. You know what I just thought would look cool and kinda finnish the heel off ... if u put glitter on the underside of the heel that u can see when u walk ... so it's like a sparkle, delibrate moment. kinda gives more balance to the heel, gives it its sparkle moment too ... I dont know, just an idea. I'm throwing out their for ya xx

Next time you accidentally get glue on the piece you working on , wrap a clean wet cloth and rubbed it out Or just apply a few drops of water on the “damaged” part and try to take it out It always work for me

Can you do a DIY video on how to seal in the rhinestones so they don’t snag on long dresses when you wear them? I have a pair of heels, covered in rhinestones, and when I try on my dress for my sons wedding, the hem of my dress catches on the rhinestones and snacks. I thought about doing an acrylic layer over the stones to seal them in, but I have no idea how to do that without ruining my shoes. Ideas?

i would recommend for everybody not to put too many gem inside your foot. you rub it when you walk, so it east to eaither scratch yoursels/scratch another boot, or make it fall off.

Hi. I agree with the others. The heel looks as it was meant to be like this. The detail I am not crazy about is the trim that goes all around at the top of the boot sock. I don't know if what bothers me is the pattern or it's width or the horizontal line it creates.

Knowing you make mistakes is actually pretty comforting. As a beginner I make a lot of mistakes and its good to know that even experts make mistakes too. These look incredible. The mistake made them look even better 😍
