Please let me know if you go to ghost towns (mountain towns) or someplace like Austin to show old towns. Stuff like that. I get really sick in the heat. I would just ruin your day.
Great video! Some of those crystals cleaned up beautifully and the leftovers that failed made it into the rock tumbler. I'll let you know how they turned out!
Here is my description of a find at crystal peak in 2011 Imagine a flat clear crystal the size of a 50 cent piece , now carve it into the shape of a heart , now pierce it in the middle with your standard 3/4 in long obelisk shaped quarts. This would be the epic companion quarts male and female together. The heart shaped piece had 21 flat edges , the obelisk quarts caused this flat growing quarts to alter its growth once the 2 pieces met and became one. I shit you not . For 6 weeks before I arrived there I kept saying to myself , something special is waiting for me at crystal peak. When I arrived nobody was there , just me and my dog chewie I said to chewie my dog it's at the top. We went straight to the top and stepped down and scraped the surface above a big Boulder and opened my hand and let the scraping fall through my hands . Suddenly one round piece stopped in my hand and I seen the tip of quarts poking through this debris packed round shape and with my fingers I began to scrape away the debris and as my description says , this was freed from mother earth for the first time. It took only 45 min to be holding this in my hand and it was truly magical.
