Welcome to an extra high-budget 3kliksphilip video.
We all know ROUGHLY how much damage a C4 explosion in Counter Strike Global Offensive will deal. But how much... exactly? And what are the coolest ways of surviving it? (Preferably leaving it until the very last moment)

TheRedTechEngineer No, the game counts which player plants the bomb. This is evident in the achievement where you must kill 5 players with a bomb you planted. Thus meaning the game tracks which player sets the bomb and determines who is at fault for the death.

Kind of defeats the point why they are needed to be rescued at all. The Ts and CTs can go play solitaire or some sh*t instead of wasting time fighting.

@@amitnandi1924 I guess it's either that or Ts executing the hostages at the beginning of the round and then camping. I've thought about it and I never came up with a better solution for the hostage mode.

there is a way to know when the bomb will explode, giving you time to run away. its in audio settings, "ten second warning volume" put that to 50% and now music will play when theres 10 seconds left on the timer. if you dont have a kit while the song starts playing, run.

Well the first thing that came to my mind after watching this is what if.. the hostage maps were redesigned to be like bomb maps but you only have to take the hostage away from the blast radius instead of defusing the bomb. This could even make hostage maps playable in competitive pro games as it would also remove the burden of carrying hostages all across the map for the CT side

back in 1.6 i survived bomb blast that i couldn't defuse in time by having my shield on (remember when CTs had shields?). it just threw me some units away but you could survive point blank explosion like that.

Hey @3kliksphilip, I was wondering if you'd be interested in finding out the minimum distance you can be away from an enemy without them hearing you run/ fall off objects? I see nobody really talks about it, yet it would be a key part of the game.
