Psyclone13 Go play as many hypothetical games of TTT with those first two moves as the setup. And assume that both players are competent enough to not throw the game. If the first person plays in the middle, then the ONLY way for the game not to result in a draw is for the second player to play on one of the middle spots on the side. If they do that then the first player can win. If the second player plays in the corner, it will result in a draw 100% of the time.

They're probably talking about ping or something, the 2nd guy said this: "I think it's from the server, it's hosted by * insert last word here, didn't understand the last one* " You got the first one right though.
