Even faceit level 10 has these fuckers, it’s so annoying it’s honestly unreal how many there are at such a high level. I thought I would be done with the yapping once I reached level 10 but even at rank 1200 NA it’s still like this.
Yeah. The whole bit where he's going "he bought m4". like yes. He bought m4. It's a buy round for CT side, and it's a CT sided map, he's making a standard buy. He's either going m4 or mp9. He's playing inside in heaven, the rifle is the best pick for the position. He probably skipped on helmet or armour entirely to manage it, and if instead of crying on the mic, the guy had given a good clear callout, his teammates might have taken advantage of it. None of this fake bigbrain "it's 11:9 we're on comeback I'm going to try to call their eco" shit, that's not smart, that's just making pointless calls: if they eco and you are fullbought, you play the round and call positions. If you hear a rush call it. The opportunities he had to take advantage of eco with calls were lost because he did the opposite of calling, and then when he did try to, he didn't realise it's bad info: the CTs can forcebuy MP9 and armour until the end of the game, you should always expect them to have a gun. Also if you talk during someone's clutch you're going to get told to "shut the fuck up idiot" a lot in your life, and then nobody will react to your calls, because they muted you after cussing you out. And you don't clutch as T by playing an off angle by picking somewhere dumb. You clutch as T by making a big brain play. You have the advantage. You should plant away from where the enemy will be coming from last callout, then double back to hold a position as far away from the bomb as possible. This is because the CT wants to clear angles quickly. You don't want to be holding an off angle near the bomb. You want to be able to peek when they try to defuse, at a range where they can't kill you instantly, and where they have to worry about you peeking them again. The best angles to play that one where ramp, red box, underneath the catwalk in the corner, and then the position the student picked. Don't love the position but it's a nice variation on the bluebox which will always get checked, then he pushed bluebox, lucky he was a better shot. He could have had a better gunfight if instead of having the guy calling bad advice he could have thought, since the guy was almost certainly coming vents or trophy to ramp, more likely vents. Don't call "GG" because you die, shitters. It was 3 v 5 when he said that, there is no excuse. Call something useful so that your teammate has a chance of turning it around. And the first thing you say should never be something along the lines of "that's impossible" "why did he do that" "why does he have m4" or god help you "tagged". These are all excuses for your poor performance. Making sure to let us know that you're a great player and it's BS you died and that you totally did damage so you did help. And calling GG or shit talking, these things just tilt your team. It's as much a game of morale as anything else. If I cannot play off your call you should not make it. First thing you call is how many people are there. Then the position. Then what they're doing. Whether they have AWP or bomb. In that order. "2 top mid. They're going arches, one has AWP, haven't seen bomb yet." That's useful info that tells your teammate if it's safe to peek to trade you, or if he should hold, it tells your teammates on the other side of the map what's happening. Then you can tell them what you saw while dead. Then finally if they have AWP, so they're not peeking into it, and if you saw bomb. "Tagged" is something you call when you see your last guy has an AWP and you know he's going to be better off with the pistol. There is no reason to drop an excuse or talk over someone else's clutch-say that to yourself and don't press the mic key. He was actively making his teammates play worse. Poor student listened to him about the nade while pushing into a. That's a mistake. Should take out nades in cover. If you know he's heaven, expect him to peek heaven. When he peeks heaven, do you want to give him a 1v1 with a free kill for funsies, or do you want to give him a 2v1, while you get close enough to the silo that he can't stop you from planting. Peeking after is a mistake too, it makes it a 1v1 and there's a good chance he knows where the other guy is. Holding the angle would do better. Would force the guy to slow peek from rafters (advantage to your team) drop (you know where he is) and the worst thing that can happen is he kills you after putting himself in position to get killed. Student isn't doing too bad though, bit more movement and his aim is going to do him some good, he did some good work on pistol rounds, needs to move for cover more and peek with strafe instead of holding w, but not bad. Some whacky stuff with the MAC10 a couple of times. Don't think he really knows the range on it, he could have sprayed down that guy in rafters on t side round 2, and he should not have strafe-peeked outers with it, he'll never hit anything and the damage fall off will prevent a random headshot, he needs to prioritise moving to a better, closer position at redbox. And that util, oh boy. Post plant just throw it all down. Waste the CT's time with a smoke and a molly. Even throw a flashbang out of main towards outside just to mess with them.
Peeking angles properly will get this guy really far. The whole Shift, then let go of shift, A to strafe, D to stop, then peek thing. His point click aim is pretty solid for Silver
@10:52 -> you don't need to rebuy kevlar most of the time. You can start worrying about rebuying it if your armor goes below 50, but that is a pretty rare case
This dudes friend doesnt even sound like he wants to play the game. Id understand if all of you are fuckin around but the fact he sent a clip in means he at least is semi-serious. And no one serious should play with that kind of person.
You mentioned turning off follow recoil immediately, if it's no trouble, could you elaborate your thoughts on it? Is it just that most people find it disorienting, do you feel that it doesn't help you learn spray patterns, or is it just straight up unreliable? Personally I find it intuitive when it comes to getting a feel for spray patterns over time and correcting mid burst, and I've had people comment on my crosshair setup in game, but never explain the actual issue, so I'm just trying to understand the other side, and what the pros and cons are aside from just personal preference. The same goes for the adaptive crosshair (the one that expands when you're inaccurate), which I personally think helps with visualizing when I'm counter-strafing properly, and where I can expect my bullets to land when I'm running with SMGs. I know most pros and competitive players don't use it, but I always chalked that up to them just having more experience and not needing the extra information on screen. But seeing that I am NOT a pro player, and I've been using them as I learn the game, I'd like to hear your honest, structured view on it as a more experienced player/teacher.
For the adaptive xhair it's actually used by couple pros and i think its personal preference The follow recoil option just makes it harder to adjust to next target as your xhair is not fully controlled by you all the time
Follow recoil isn't accurate while moving. So it's only giving you part of the picture. Follow recoil also will make it hard to stay accurate tapping at range. The only advantage it gives you is better sprays, and the other skills are more important. When you fight a long range battle, you peek, stop, tap once or twice, then move again, repeat. The follow recoil crosshair won't accurately account for your movement, but it will lul you into a false sense of security, and the follow recoil will also make it hard to lineup for making your next shot, because now you are moving, your enemy is moving, and your crosshair is moving. Instead of trying to line it up on the recoil reset mid battle, you have to learn what speed you can tap the gun at allowing it to reset inbetween. When you're not using it, you tap, then you strafe your static crosshair onto their head, and counterstrafe, then fire, when their head is centred on the xhair, you use your movement to compensate for recoil while bursting and tapping.
I actually use static crosshair with follow recoil (only on when holding mouse1) On the one hand, I feel like I miss more shots when panicking just because I'm reacting to the crosshair, but on the other hand I've had some wild multi kills because of it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I pretty much never tilt in game. 7 years of solo queue have forced me to have mental strength. But listening to this guy “comm” makes my eyes roll back in my head, like that infamous picture of NiKo.
had one of these guys in aus servers yesterday.. bottom fragged but felt the need to talk over everyone, call the strats every single round and would not shut up when other players were in clutches, super annoying.
you can settup follow crosshair but better so it resets instantly. the bounce on pistol/AK taps on the default is impossible to use. i'd say leaving follow on, BUT modified to reset fast is acceptable
alias "+followrecoil" "cl_crosshair_recoil 1" alias "-followrecoil" "cl_crosshair_recoil 0" alias "+spray" "+attack;+followrecoil" alias "-spray" "-attack;-followrecoil" bind mouse1 +spray
Please play without your Teammate/Friend, you've got good fundamentals and even solo queueing will bring your further than you're Friend will do. i Would say, Crosshairplacement and the A/D Strafe around corners,w hen positioning yourself in the better angle will improve your playstyle so fast. Anyways thx for the video :)
@@channkrp I think he meant if the annoying guy was better at the game. Dude is dying first every round and then screeching "game bad" in everyone's ears lol.
Na servers can be like hell man not so long ago I wasn't able to use my mic in a game and my teammates started trash talking the way I played, speaking non sense everytime it came to a clutch and were overall annoying. What's even more ironic is that I was the top fragger lmao
@@pienixcsMy old headphones broke so I was forced to use some old bluetooth headphones that didnt have a mic for a short time but i got new ones so its all good 😂
Why so much hate for the recoil crosshair? 😂 People can get used to it and it's just a setting just like sensitivity or resolution. It's like when people said you shouldn't play SG because it has a scope and then it became meta because of how overpowered it was.
@@pienixcs yes, not just a setting, but a crosshair setting. And there probably are players who are used to crosshairsize 50 though :D My reasoning is; its new, maybe someone will like it.
No, it's not. It's really not. So, I've experimented with it extensively. There is no comparison. The SG was slept on because people weren't buying it because of it's price, and because the AK is still a fantastic weapon. And generally, CS players are very conservative about their weapons. They like what they like, because the other weapons are usually trash. Then there's the bias against the scoped guns as "COD guns" too. Part of the idea is, you are a noob because you need a scope to hit your target, while a good player is going to go Scream on you and buy an AK and one tap you anyway, for $400 less. Follow recoil on the other hand, is a learning tool. It's like playing recoil trainer in game. You can literally see this man missing shots with it when he's trying to burst. Because follow recoil is distracting, and it only serves a purpose when you're doing an extended spray standing still. If you want to use it, here is how. Set up an exec where you have it on a toggle. I did it for a bit, it works great. When you have a MAC 10 or MP9, you switch to it. Gives you perfect sprays, lets you abuse the guns at a slightly longer range by spraying every round. Problem is, it encourages you to go for that spray, when your first shots should be taps or bursts, transitioning to a spray afterwards. The problem with always using it is that pistols don't have accurate spray patterns so it's basically lying to you there (though it can show you the recoil reset on the deagle if you can't time it). It will also fly everywhere, when you're trying to line up your crosshair for the next tap for long range fights, which you should be winning by counter strafing and firing when your recoil has reset. It's not just a thing like sensitivity or resolution. It's entirely different. What you're saying is like saying "oh, having a square crosshair that sits halfway away from the centre of the screen on each side is just a valid choice". No, it's not. It's just a bad crosshair you have to work around. Follow recoil is great for learning spray patterns, and it's great for executing on them ingame if you regularly have bad sprays. But it is terrible for every other fundamental of the game and it will mean that you are useless at long ranges, you will lose gunfights at midrange, and you will eventually begin overrelying on it, and transitioning to sprays in every gunfight whether or not it is advantageous. Then you will be hardstuck silver and wonder why.
Literally had an EU friend complaining about people just like this lol NA region really thinks they're gods in lvl 2-6 faceit and will just backseat/call bs/ or just be angry from the last game and turn it on you . very hard to rise while solo queuing but definitely possible
@@pienixcs i think you misunderstood what i meant, because i was trying to agree with you in the video, but ok. i tune people like his teammate out and focus on me; i was just relating how my friend felt lmao
Nah I mean if this were like 15,000 that’d be different but I’m guessing this is sub 10k. That’s pretty normal. When I play with people we’re usually talking a lot of the time about random shit and his complaining didn’t seem supeerrr excessive. Like yeah it’d be better without it but ehhh 🤷🏻♂️
@@richko saying something is fucked up isn't the same as blaming it, just showing the range, that's what I was showing, I wanted to show how weird the range between those ratings (themselves) is
hey bro this is a offtopic question but lately the game feels unplayable because its full of cheaters, how do you get around that, or do you play thru it anyways
