Huge thanks to @zer0k_z for showing me this glitch and explaining it further. Check out his recent video for more info!
This glitch allows you to jump higher as it messes with the subtick concept. You first have to lag the game then "unlag" it then jump right after with the longjump bind. This gives you 70.6 units of height and allows you to jump up places in competitive maps that you could not have before.
