like, on this kinda of setup i dont notice to much difference in avg fps but after all updates i feel the game running better. setups where you see better the game improvements will the the setups who struggle to get 400 + fps.

@@FocusGamlng nvm im legit retarded and didn't realize in-game telemetry for frame time shows a really weird and "wrong" average. downloaded RTSS to compare 1:1 with you and even on a 4070S (thought this might somehow influence frame times) my frame times are identical to yours.

for what the person who build this setup told me... its on Default.

i did not enable expo for set the ram to 6000 MHz... on bios i did change only DRAM Frenquency to 6000mhz

@@ryancopeland7217 there is o option expo that have few options - auto, expo I, expo II... mine is on auto by default . the only one i changed was DRAM Frenquency from 4800 to 6000mhz. all of it without touching on expo settings. i hope i was clear now

@@caden2727 what you see is cs2 on cpu bound... in other words, the gpu is to powerful and is like on sleeping mode :D nothing wrong with bottleneck when your game runs smooth with this fps and no stutters.

why? to make this benchmarks make no difference the monitor hz. i could give you more reasons "why" but a is already enough :D

@@FocusGamlng Are you sure you got what I said? I have more technical knowledge than you. Don't try to compete with me. What I mean is, use a higher Hz monitor for a smoother gaming experience. Why do you use 144 when you have the budget to use 4090? If you are going to use 144, you don't need 4090 to play games.

@@FocusGamlng Even on a 32 inch screen, there is no visible difference between 4k and 1440p and this means getting unnecessary low fps. high fps 1440p is always better than low fps 4k. If we put the RDR2 image in 1440p and 4k resolution, you will not notice any difference, Mr. unnecessary.

"same fps as me" until someone drops smoke/molly/nades. if you have a 3060 with this CPU you will have 400+ fps is DM (5vs5 is another story). but if you have a 4090 with a low end CPU you will not have 400+ fps. i hope you know what this means.

@@jsh722 laptop performance dont reach a desktop performances (pcs with same specs). but still, your laptop is not bad and the performance should be good. (not equal as you see on this video but close enough atleast to play CS2)

i know i can improve the 1% low using the rivatuner but this video (almost any of my videos are about capped fps) is not about using external software to get better 1% low. the beefytech video you did mention is not very viable because there is some points he mention that is lacking on research. he says the 1% lows are bad in cs2 with ou without rivatuner and saying the 7950x or 7700x runs better... now i ask you again "show me CS2 videos/benchmarks with other CPUs where the 1% lows are SIGNIFICANCLY better than the 7800X3D." and about "he says the 1% lows are bad in cs2" show me any game (comp shooter) with 600+ fps where they have a 1% low above 400. not even csgo (atleast until now i never saw a benckmark like that). so saying "the 1% lows are bad in cs2" when in any other is the almost the same is just lack of resarch. next time you better have/link some proves. edit: and he deleted his comments.
