I purchased the crimson one after seeing your review on it and it’s such a beautiful Bible and you’re right when you mention that people see it and want to look at it because every person who’s seen it has asked me “may I look at that closer?” and it makes me smile, God’s word has a way of doing that 📖 wonderful review 🥰

As nice as this one is I think the red/crimson one I have is more visually appealing to me because it looks like it was made 100 years ago and that makes it that much more special to me. I do love the wide margin CSB in the handcrafted collection though. Thanks for another great review.

I already thought this Bible was outstanding when you did the hardcover review. However, this handcrafted model just takes it to another level. That goatskin cover looks amazing, and I love the clean and uncluttered layout. I also appreciate the rich color of the ribbons, and the corner work on the pages. This is a very handsome Bible, and in one of my favorite translations too. Have a blessed day my friend!

Thank you so much! I really appreciate that because when I started this channel I did it because other reviews did not give me the info I needed to make a decision so I decided to do my own channel and show the things I would want to see before deciding on a Bible and I am so glad that others feel the same way because Bibles are expensive and it's hard to tell from just a few images on a website so I try to give people a birds eye view as if they're looking at it on their own kitchen table so a comment like this just makes my day! So thank you!!! ❤️

I'm enjoying my large print CSB Study Bible. Yes, it's hefty. But it's fine on my lap and easy on my eyes. If I was going to select between the two you showed in this video, I would have to get the beautiful antique red. It would also be great if there was a large print because I would enjoy reading what the church fathers had to say. 8 point is just too tiny for me though. Great review, as always. :)

Personally I think the Crimson LeatherTouch Over Board is the way to go, that one is beautiful and it is so unique and eye catching, I have had more people want to look at that one and the B&N KJV than any other Bibles I own. The Crimson one is on sale on Lifeway's website right now for just $15.98 which is an incredible deal! It's worth getting! You'll love it.

Really nice. I saw on Lifeway that they are doing the CSB study bible in the handcrafted collection. Is this new? Them doing the study bible? I know they had a goatskin version when it came out. So I’m wondering if the handcrafted one is new?

It will be the same edition of the Study Bible but just in the different binding so it will be the highest end of that particular edition. These handcrafted collection editions are really nicely done, I am impressed with them. Thanks for watching and commenting, I appreciate it 🙂

It is the 2017 edition of the text. I don’t think they’ll do this one in the 2020 edition because I don’t think it sold too well which is surprising because it’s an awesome Bible and I think every Christian should have it in their library because you get so many of the early church fathers in one edition and it’s really neat.

It's an odd Bible in that it uses the Greek, Cappadocian, and even the Latin Fathers to comment on a canon they did not hold to. It's sort of disingenuous.
